This newly remodeled home features an open, airy main floor with a gourmet kitchen, spacious dining area, inviting great room, and a large covered lanai with a full outdoor kitchen.

The great room is the perfect gathering space for family and friends—play games, curl up with a good book, or enjoy a movie night together. The chef-inspired kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare island-inspired meals with ease.

The indoor dining table seats 8 comfortably, with room for 4 more at the expansive kitchen island. Just outside, the covered lanai offers a BBQ, an outdoor living area, and a dining table for 6—ideal for enjoying meals al fresco, sipping cool drinks, or watching the sunset at the end of the day.

With plenty of space for everyone to spread out, the home includes a cozy downstairs TV room, perfect for kids' movie nights or a quiet escape.

Step outside to the downstairs lanai and pool area, where the fun begins and ends each day. Start your morning with a refreshing swim, unwind after a day of snorkeling, paddle boarding, or hiking, or celebrate a win on the golf course or tennis court. Here, you'll be surrounded by the sounds of chirping birds, the joyful splashes of the pool, and the laughter of friends and family enjoying time together in paradise.

County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.

We love building really big sand castles! Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. For those with children:

Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do:

Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool and kiddie pool.

You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!

A short drive away are six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.

The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.

Minutes down the street are the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
