Guests have the entire left side of the duplex to themselves—no shared interior spaces—while the yard is shared with a couple other units. The shared outdoor space includes a basketball hoop, grassy lawn, and outdoor dining tables, creating a relaxed setting.
The location is one of the highlights of this property. From the front door, you can walk to the lively St. Mary’s Street corridor, home to some of the city’s best restaurants, bars, and nightlife.
