Welcome to Lazy River Cabin, a serene and comfortable 4-bed, 3.5-bath home for up to 8 guests. This is a direct riverfront home with an endless list of amazing amenities that will make your time with friends and family here unforgettable! At the cabin: well-equipped kitchen, cozy couches, smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, two-level large decks with river view, BBQ grill, Hot Tub, Sauna, ping pong table, board games. By the river, you will enjoy a fire pit, picnic table, and a large fishing deck.

Sleeping arrangements are as follows:
Level 1 (main):
*Bedroom - queen bed, full Bathroom with shower/tub
Level 2 (upstairs):
*Bedroom - queen bed
*Bedroom - bunk bed full/twin combo. The top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old.
*Full bathroom with Shower/Tub.
Level 3 (downstairs):
*Bedroom - queen bed, full bathroom with shower.

Our Cabin is located inside the beautiful Coosawattee River Resort. The resort's entrance is gated for added security. Please be prepared to provide a complete list of the guests upon reservation. The Resort offers a wide array of amenities, including:
* Olympic-size pool, heated year-round
* Two seasonal outdoor pools
* Gym
* Arcade
* Tennis, Pickleball and Basketball courts
* Fishing areas
Complementary to your reservation, you will receive two amenity cards, each card allows 4 people (8 total) to use Coosawattee River Resort amenities. Please remember to return the cards when you leave (120$ value).

The charming city of Ellijay is just around the corner (6-mile drive). Here, you will find many great restaurants, antique shops, a lovely city square, friendly atmosphere, and great weather. Nearby, there are popular apple farms, scenic trails, waterfalls, and wineries. The famous Blue Ridge railway is about a 30-minute drive north. There are seasonal water activities available at the Cartecay River, Coosawattee River, and Carters Lake.

Other things to note:
On your way to the cabin, you will follow paved winding mountain roads, with the short bumpy gravel road near the cabin, when going down to the river. SUV is recommended. Please ensure you adhere to the posted speed limits and be aware of deer, as you will likely encounter them during your stay. A map of the resort will be provided upon reservation.
Please note that our cabin has three levels and several flights of stairs, inside and outside the cabin. Please use caution going up and down the stairs, as the steps can be slippery.
