Las salas de estar de arriba y de abajo están equipadas con televisores de pantalla plana grandes.

La cocina generosamente equipada es ideal para cocinar todas sus comidas. Situado en el medio del piso de arriba, no te perderás ningún recuerdo.

Wonderful home! Comfortable for a large family group and very well stocked. The SHARC passes and assortment of bike adds to the Sunriver experience. We have stayed at this home in the past and hope to stay again in the future. Our host, Emily, was very accommodating.

Great stay

It was exactly what we needed for our family. Quiet and relaxing. There was a drainage problem in one of the sinks in the master bath and the bikes need some repairs. However, it was a great stay and very nice.

Great house!!

Our group enjoyed this house! It was comfortable, clean and fit our group perfectly. We were very thankful for the AC as it was in the upper 90’s for part of our stay. Loved the two master! I would definitely rent this home again. We had no issues or concerns. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Experience

We highly recommend this property for a vacation stay. We took our family (6 adults, 4 kids ages 2-8) for a four day family vacation and stayed in this beautiful house. We have nothing but positive things to say about this piece of property. It was extremely clean and comfortably housed the 10 of us. The location was also excellent, situated in a beautiful and safe neighborhood not far from The Village and from SHARC. We will definitely use this property on our next trip to Sun River.

Your home was great! We were there during a storm & got snow to play in:) power went out and we borrowed some candles from the neighbor. Description was perfect, plenty of room for all of us. Nice that you had soap/shampoo & dish stuff. Wished we could have stayed longer:) thanks!

Nice stay

We enjoyed the house and its location near to the river. The abundance of bicycles was great, as we all enjoyed riding the bike trails. The house itself was nice and the setup of 1 master bedroom upstairs and the rest of the rooms downstairs worked well for our group. Living room furnature and patio chairs are uncomfortable and old (you practically sink to the floor) and should be replaced. Also, there are parts of the front porch and back deck that are needing to be replaced. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Great house in Sunriver

The house was as advertised. Close to river which is nice. Often times rental house bikes don’t work, however, most of these were in good shape which was very nice. The week that we were in Sunriver was unfortunate as there was a lot of wildfire smoke that made being outside difficult at times. Also, the Sharc was closed much of the week due to the smoke. Obviously none of this was the fault of the owner.

Close to Perfect

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The fixtures and furniture were top-of-the-line and in ship-shape (nicer than what we have at home). The upstairs common area, with trees all around, was a wonderful gathering place where three generations of family cooked and shared meals together as well as cheering for Wimbledon and World Cup on the hi-def flat screen TV. Just a short walk to the river, far from the madding crowd. The hot tub came in handy every day; the SHARC passes most days. We had just a few issues: the lock box was wedged shut (by a key?) and could not be opened; housekeeping said they would come by to fix or give us another key, but they never did. Of the seven bikes in the garage, only four or five were really usable. All required at least minor maintenance (most of which we were able to do ourselves), but the only serious off-road bike had a punctured tire and a few others were well past their prime or at least in need of a serious tune-up. The temperature difference between upstairs and downstairs was typically between 20 and 30 degrees (warmer above, very cool if not chilly below). A dual-zone heating/cooling system would work wonders.

Great but needs some updates

We had a blast with our 2 families. Enough room for 2 families. Great river views, bike paths and full kitchen. The family table was perfect for all of us. Games, breakfast and dinner were all easily had at the giant table. Though we had a blast we did have a couple of issues. The remotes to all 5 tvs( march madness y'all) were a mismatch and I was told by the rental company to call the cable company. After being on hold for 30 Minutes and talking to the person at the cable company. It ended up being a rental issue. So a guy came out and happily replaced the remotes (we tried everything and it was determined by the cable company to be a rental issue. Cable box didn't match the remote) The second issue was with the hottub. The tub is very old and doesn't hold the temp very well. We had to call again for help. While we are hottub owners ourselves we aren't used to such an old tub. It could easily scald and hurt a person! Overall it was a great visit and we look forward to our annual visit next year!

Great vacation home

The home was stocked well with all the dishes and appliances we needed. The location was on a dead end street which made it very quiet. Very large which made it possible for family to spread out. Loved the deck & hot tub. The downstairs bedrooms got much colder then living room and kitchen. Definitely would book again.

We have stayed at this property before and it is one of our favorites. It’s the perfect configuration for us. We had 2 70 year olds, 40 year olds and kids. The house is very well equipped and we love the location.

Fun extended family vacation

The home was perfect for our large family, everyone had their own room w/TVs. The bikes in the garage were a favorite. The SHARC passes are great, but because of COVID, the availability is greatly reduced. The location to the river was wonderful. We had a great time and would recommend.

Sweet place for extended family to gather!

We had such a blast in this Sunriver rental! My kids loved the little water feature in the backyard, and being able to just jump on the bike path steps from the house was amazing! There was even a bike with a child seat attached to it so we could go on longer rides than the 3-year-old could do on his own. The location is also great for wildlife viewing. I'd recommend it!

The Perfect Christmas

Clean, updated, and the kitchen was very accommodating. I do wish there would have been a tree and some Christmas decor. But that is a very minor detail. Everything was great!

Amazing home and had a great time!

Loved the home, especially the kitchen, great TV and the amenities in the house. Peaceful neighborhood. Bit too indoors from main sunriver entrance but otherwise it was perfect - we had a great time. Very high quality stuff in the house. Really enjoyed our time here.

Quick Getaway

This is a very nice house. We took advantage of the nice weather to bike along the Deschutes River. We were able to leave right from the house. Having two master bedrooms was great.

We love to converse while cooking dinner and watching a football game. This home meets all of our needs. There are is plenty room for everyone to sleep A beautiful outdoor space for the those weekends we can come over in the summertime. Lots of outdoor activities.
