🐶 Dogs- Dogs welcome (case-by-case; pet fee applies). Please share details before booking. No dogs on beds or furniture. Pick up after your pet.



👥 Guests- Primary guest must be 25+. Registered guests only. No parties or events.



🔇 Quiet Hours- 10 PM – 7 AM to respect neighbors and the peaceful lake setting.



🚭 Smoking- No smoking or vaping indoors. Smoking outside only. ($250 fee for violations)



🔥 Fire Pit- Use only in the designated fire pit. Never leave a fire unattended.



🌊 Lake & Beach- Swim at your own risk. Sunset Lake is non-motorized only. Please return kayaks/paddleboards when finished.



🎇 Fireworks- Not allowed due to community rules.
