⓶Queen bed with a walk-in closet (crib and high chair can be found in your closet)

⓷Two bunk beds (four twin mattresses) with a closet – perfect for kids or friends for all-night giggles 

🛁 TWO Full bathrooms (one in the master bedroom)

⚠️ Our unit is on the top floor of the building (we are the "pent house" of our condo😁). You will have to walk up two flights of stairs, as there is no elevator. We love having no noisy neighbors above us.

✅ Kitchen island with barstool seating for quick bites and snacks

✅ A big sectional for everyone to lounge and relax

✅ Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dinnerware, coffee maker and tea kettle, stocked with regular coffee, decaf, hot cocoa, and assorted teas

✅ A gas fireplace for cozy fall/winter stays

✅ Spacious balcony off the living room to soak up the sun☀️

🎲 Entertainment & Amenities:

✅ Smart Roku TVs the living room and in each of the bedrooms and tons of board games for family entertainment

✅ High-speed WiFi

✅ Keyless smart lock entry for easy self check-in

✅ Air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort

✅ On-site washer/dryer—free to use!

✅ Iron in the laundry cabinets, hair dryer in each bathroom, and first aid kits in each bathroom

✅ Please note that the condo does NOT come with linens (bedsheets/pillow covers) and towels 

🚗 Parking: 2 dedicated parking spots under the building (height clearance 6’4”), with additional street parking

🏖️ Beach time awaits you!

✅ Plenty of beach gear: You have access to a private storage area with beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, a beach wagon, beach toys for the little ones, and boogie boards - You will have a key to the storage closet under the building. If you lose the key, $100 replacement fee will be charged

✅ You can find coolers (a hand-held smaller cooler and a wheeled 60 quarts cooler) for your use in the living area closet (with ice packets to put in the coolers in our freezer)!

✅ Outdoor shower to rinse off sandy toes (and paws) after a day at the beach

✨ Pets: Well-behaved, house-trained dogs welcome 🐶 — up to 2 dogs (sorry, NO cats). If your dog will be left alone in the condo, please secure them in a crate you bring with you

✨ This unit is located on the top floor🚶‍♂️ — 2 flights of stairs but no noisy neighbors above you

✨ Linens and bath towels are NOT provided. Linens can be rented locally (we are happy to provide contact for a local linen rental company if you’d like)

✨ Rental does come with pillows & bedspreads on the beds, plus blankets in the closets

✨Families & adult groups only (25+) – NO parties, proms, or large events! Our condo's fire code mandates a maximum capacity of 8

✨Smoking and vaping are absolutely prohibited in or around the property

✨We have a firm cancellation policy. We are here to answer any questions you may have before you make a reservation

✨Please take care of furnishings. You will be responsible for damages, and furniture must not be rearranged

✨Violation of house rules may result in local authority involvement and removal with no refund

Please be mindful of the following house rules:

❗ABSOLUTELY NO PARTY: This is a family vacation property, not a party place for a large group. The fire code for our building MANDATES a maximum of 8 people. If you violate this rule, your stay will be terminated immediately without refund.

❗RENTAL AGREEMENT: You will be asked to sign a rental agreement to confirm your booking. The lead renter must occupy the property during the dates reserved. If you sign on behalf of others who stay without you, or if unapproved guests under the age of 25 are found without you present, they will be asked to vacate the property immediately and forfeit all payments.

❗NOISE: Potential to hear noise during your stay. Noise is always a possibility in a downtown area - that's completely out of our control! You acknowledge noise is a possibility during your stay and understand that no refunds will be granted for noise that might occur.

❗BUNK BED SAFETY: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Your host assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. Your host is not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.

❗VALUABLES: Your host is not responsible for any personal items or valuables left behind. Before you leave, please make sure you have all of your belongings with you!
