About this space
Welcome to Crocus by the Sea in Iconic Wildwood Crest! We have 4 apartments we rent all pet friendly and 3 blocks to the beach. Our 1st floor charming 3-bedroom, newly renovated 2-bedroom side cottage, 2nd floor 2-bedroom Sea Breeze Bay and 2nd floor 2-bedroom Ocean Serenade. Our house is a 100-year-old home with a Victorian front porch. You will have the feeling of a Cape may bed and breakfast only you get the whole apartment BUT with a wonderful beach with no drop off or erosion and its free.
We rent Saturday to Saturday from July 4 to August 29. For Barefoot concert weekend there is a 4-night minimum and Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend we have a 3-night minimum. Rest of the year 2-night minimums.
All the apartments have been renovated in the last 7 years. New kitchens and baths, central air and washer and dryer etc. Ocean serenade and Sea Breeze bay have a beautiful porch with rocking chairs and a table for your breakfast lunch or happy hour. You each get you own side of the porch which has ocean views and a nice breeze.
We are walking distance to everything, boardwalk, Playground for kids, bike rentals and the bike path, bakery, ice-cream, church, restaurants. Saturday night entertainment at the parks AND in the summer months there's fireworks every Friday night. New for this year is our enclosed outdoor shower.
We have a 2-dog max with a 25-pound limit per dog. We do not rent to tenants if they are under 25 unless they are with their family as we are a family rental place. And sorry but we don't supply sheets and towels BUT we are partnering with Chrissy from Island Best Rental to rent sheets, towels, beach chairs, toys for the kids and pretty much anything you need for the beach contact her at chrissy@dontpack.com put the link "Crocus" for a 10% discount. This was our second time staying at this property and we enjoyed it very much. It was a great location that was in walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. The property was extremely clean and I appreciated it being pet friendly!

We had a great week at Crocus by the Sea! It's a great location close to the beach and many dog friendly places. Nice and roomy, our suite was comfortable for the 3 of us plus the pup! The owners are awesome!!! They were very friendly and easily accessible.

Nice place within walking distance to the beach

Our family and dog had a nice stay at Crocus by the Ocean. It’s a short walk to Wildwood beaches and a 25-minute drive to Stone Harbor. The host was nice and responsive to communication. It was a nice neighborhood to walk to dog in! The only negative was we had to keep the A/C low to keep the rooms cool (could use more ceiling fans).

Wildwood crest at the crocus by the ocean

This place was gorgeous… beach themed apartment which made it very cozy… loved having a washer and dryer… Peter and wife were very friendly and answered any questions very promptly… will definitely be back next year as everything is in walking distance too.. amazing place ❤️❤️

Family weekend

Cute place but too small for 5. The “no fees”meant we had to provide all linens and toiletries. Cumbersome for flying. The host was/is a great communicator, but when booking I did not notice the lack of linens and paper products. Had the basics and was in a great neighborhood.

This is a 100 year old house that we bought and we have remodeled the whole place. The best amenity is that we are 10 minutes or less to everything, Beach, boardwalk, playground, bike rentals, bakery, mini golf ,duffers, primo hoagies ,jelly fish cafe, tennis, pickle ball ,basket ball courts, library, bandanas, church across the street, police station and many breakfast and lunch cafes One amenity we don't offer is sheets and towels sorry about that

My property is unique because it is a 100 year old house in wildwood crest on a quiet one way street. It is like staying at a bed and breakfast in cape may but you get our wonderful free beach and boardwalk.
