This house was perfect for us. We stayed 2 nights and it was very peaceful. Super close to Jacob’s Cave and the marinas.

Stay here at your own risk. The property was very dirty, the stove looked like it had never been cleaned, the floor was very dirty, we tried to vacuum but the vacuum was disgusting, someone left their dirty socks in the washer, the smell of mold and mildew was trying to be covered up by multiple wall plug ins, the 2 air purifiers we ran to Walmart and bought didnt even help. One of the vents right about the head of the bed was dripping condensation all over the pillows, and upon further inspection we also found mold growing out the side of the vent covers. We decided right away that we couldn't stay there. We checked in at 6pm and was gone by 9am the next morning after we scrambled to find a place to stay. We then let Lance know that we had to leave and why, and that I would like a refund for the remaining nights, Which he denied. Even tho I provided pictures of the issues. He thought he could "fix" the condition of the house, including the mold coming out the vents with a quick housekeeping visit. Unfortunately that is not how that works, Especially with mold. So i am out the money we spent on that place, and we couldn't even stay there. So definitely would NOT recommend.

Crystal tried to break booking before coming and after they got there. They were trying to get a refund from start. They also torn apart my house and damaged it. They were here 3 day broke there machine and wanted to get out of paying to stay longer. Check reviews on here. I keep a clean house and try to really work with people.

The house was adorable and clean. Host was really nice. We couldn't get in the house. He called right away. I am amputee my wheelchair worked out great. Getting around the house at night. Only thing I thought was off. That we only had 3 towels and no wash clothes for showers. For 3 day stay with two of us. Other than that. We had a great time. And we would go back.

Lance was a great host. His communication and response time was excellent. We loved that the house was pet friendly. Loved the fire table and outdoor seating. Best part was that the Loop 2 was a 15 minute drive on the SxS. The house was very well stocked. The only things that I did look for were bigger kitchen knives and a vacuum. I could only find steak knives. Mind you there was a swiffer dry/wet, broom and mop available. I just wanted to vacuum up some bugs and dog hair we brought in. We had a great time and hope to come back again.
