Welcome to Sandtraps and Sunsets! Please note that Big Canoe is a gated community, so we’ll need the names of all drivers at the time of your reservation to ensure smooth gate access.
The property allows parking for up to two vehicles. Street parking is strictly prohibited and subject to fines, but there is convenient overflow parking nearby if needed. Trailers are not permitted to be brought into the community.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Big Canoe takes noise policies seriously, and neighbors may report disturbances. Any fines issued by the community will be passed on to the renter, so we appreciate your help in keeping things peaceful.
Check In is 4:00 PM
Checkout time is 10:00 AM on your day of departure. Late checkouts are subject to a $50 per hour fee.
Please Treat Our Home with Care -
We ask that guests leave the home in generally tidy condition. If additional cleaning is needed beyond normal housekeeping — such as carpet stains, excessive mess, or damage — an extra cleaning fee will be charged.
Trash Removal - All trash including bathrooms, kitchen and items in pantry and refrigerator must be removed upon departure to avoid $50 trash removal fee.
