The den offers a cozy couch and TV for casual relaxation, while the spacious kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, crisp white cabinetry, and everything you need to prepare meals, enjoyed at the dining table for four. The living room is bright and inviting, featuring a smart TV, sofa with lounger, two chairs, and an additional sitting area for two by a large window overlooking the river, with direct access to the patio. For evenings under the stars, the screened-in back deck with a table for four creates the perfect setting for al fresco dining. The Heron House combines comfort, convenience, and classic Florida charm for a truly memorable stay.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a den with a queen size sofa bed, a smart TV, and a desk.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds.



This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available. No access to garage. Non HOA neighborhood allows for RVs, large trucks, or even a small boat to be parked.

• This home is pet friendly. Please note that only dogs may be brought to this home; cats are not permitted. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $80 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use.

• Please note the kitchen has sensitive pipes, no grease or food down sink.

• Long-term stays allowed.
