Create your next family memory in this luxurious oceanfront condo on the fifth floor. This beautiful vacation rental is located at The Omni Resort at Amelia Island and includes a private balcony, a well-equipped kitchen, a private washer/dryer, a shared pool, and high-speed WiFi. Enjoy all the beauty of The Omni Resort at Amelia Island, just a short drive to charming downtown Fernandina!

Turtle Dunes is located inside The Omni Resort at Amelia Island with 24-hour security in a private gated community.

Things to Know
Be sure to check out the newly added Pickleball Court!
There is some repair work being done on the outside of the building. There will be a lift located on the east side of the building. Expected completion is the end of summer 2025.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
Late August through September there will be cranes and other work equipment around the building and in the parking area as the association completes some repairs on the buildings exterior. There will still be ample parking available
There is a safety netting on the balcony that can obstruct the view while seated

Condo was well equipped with a beautiful ocean view, easy access to the beach, and plenty of room for a family of 5 with college and high school aged kids.

Not great communication with property management. Never got any response to voicemail messages. Didn't get any check in instructions until 1 1/2 days before arrival. Code for door didn't work until several minutes after check in time which was concerning only because of lack of communication before. Once we got in condo was great and well stocked.

Wonderful Beach Property and Location

We loved this condo - it was clean, updated and wonderfully decorated. It was in a fabulous, quiet location with very easy access to the beach! Will stay again - can't wait!

Great resort and beach location. The condo was great nothing bad to say, the kitchen was very well stocked with what you needed. Very spacious, the balcony was a plus in the evening looking over the beach. Definitely will come again.

Fantastic accommodations for our group! Condo was even prettier that the pictures. Updates everywhere and everyone (kids and adults) commented on how comfortable the beds were. So convenient to the beach and we were very happy that a tram took us everywhere to eat on the Plantation! Would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely the best vacation

We has a spectacular time! Unit was spotless & very well appointed! Dishes including pots & pans were new, not the owners hand-me-downs. View from BOTH patios was amazing! We enjoyed our time so much we extended our stay for an additional night- which was a seamless process. We have already begun planning our next visit!

Sisters Getaway

Spent a lovely week here. Fabulous location. Beach. Property. Really enjoyed it. Resort area so beautiful. Rented em bikes from Pedego store by Harris Teeter and explored Talbot state park. Beautiful. I highly recommend. Town of Fernandina beach is lovely. We had a goiurmet tapas meal at Espana in town. Excellent vacation.

Beautiful Beach Retreat!

We have been going to Amelia Island for a number of years and have stayed in several different places on the Plantation. However, this unit is by far the loveliest. This well equipped condo has been updated with beautiful and welcoming decor, including all the new and very comfortable furniture. But our favorite feature was the breathtaking view from the balcony! We will definitely be returning to stay and relax in this unit for our next vacation!

Great condo that my family loved! We thought the condo was perfect for our 3 night stay and we enjoyed sitting by the picture window because it was too cold outside one night. Beds were comfortable and my teen and her friend loved their room. Beach access was great and condo not far from downtown Fernandina but felt truly out of town for Spring Break! Everything provided for as stated. *Cooking pots could be added to/replaced.

Relaxing

Overall a pleasant stay on the beach in a clean and serene setting. The property itself was very pleasant surprise. Access to beach was super easy. If you're seeking relaxation....this is the place. If you want entertainment, this may not be the place for you. Would definitely stay here again.... especially this recently updated condo. Truly enjoyed the separate living quarters & balconies for us and our teenage son. Absolutely perfect 😍

Peaceful getaway! So far the best condo we have ever rented.

Very peaceful location. This is by far the best condo we have ever rented! The bed was comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. The property was gorgeous and there was very minimal people there. There was beach dredging going on right in front of out condo but they had stopped work the majority of the time and was just hanging out. Did research and dredging not been done in the area for 11 years. So, just our luck but not a lot of noise and did not walk far for beach access. We will be returning!
