Under the Florida sunshine, sit and sip in the enclosed backyard, complete with outdoor seating and a gas grill. When you'd prefer to explore the area, head for Fiesta Falls Miniature Golf, the St. Augustine Amphitheatre, Anastasia State Park, the St. Augustine Lighthouse, and St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park.

From the moment you walk inside, you'll feel right at home amidst high ceilings, plush furnishings, and tropical-themed mementos. While the chef of your group utilizes the kitchen's gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances, you can tune into your favorite shows on the living room's Smart TV.

As comfortable as the last, the home's four bedrooms are places of pure peace with their high-quality linens, private TVs, and central air-conditioning. Additional interior perks include a Pack-N-Play, private washer/dryer, and internet access.

Wonderful home!

This rental was great! It was just as described and the location was perfect! Just a 2 minute walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home

Great for families with all ages. Very convenient that towels, chairs, and a wagon are provided for the beach. Close to restaurants and breweries. Short drive to downtown. Would def stay here again!

Great place to stay

It’s really great for a family..lots of room. My adult daughters just came for 2 weeks. Rest of time just the two of us. Was very big for just 2. Very, very clean place to stay. You won’t be disappointed.

Family Reunion Stay

Overall the impressions of the property was very enjoyable and very close to everything we needed, in our home away from home. The backyard was perfect for our furry family member. We were very thankful for the beach buggy and accessories in the outside beach box. The house was just beautiful and we would love to stay here again.

Annual family beach trip

Very nice house with well stocked kitchen and plenty of bathroom and beach towels. Bedrooms are nice sized and bathrooms are all double sinks. The location is good if you don’t mind a good walk. Fenced backyard was a plus! Lots of wonderful time spent with family.

Great stay, close to the beach!

We visit SA frequently and like to try out different places. We loved this house! Very spacious and clean. Close proximity to the beach and communication with Candy was unparalleled. The only downfall is the proximity to the road and the noise from some of the bedrooms is easily heard. We would defiantly stay here again!

Galand/Good Vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Sandbox. The home was very clean and well appointed. It was very spacious for our family of seven and was an easy and short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the back porch especially in the early mornings and as shelter when we got stuck in the rain on the way back from the beach. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us, we would definitely stay again.

Moms weekend away

This place was clean, cute, and well maintained. The location to the beach was great, an easy walk. They provided a wagon and some camping chairs. Publix is 3 miles away and getting into and out of the historic part of St.Augustine was easy. The only downside was road noise, since the home is right off of A1A.

Nicely equipped and very clean

Candi was great to work with from making the reservation to check in. She was very flexible and accommodating. The house was very clean and well equipped. It had everything we needed for a few days with friends.

All good things

We had a great stay at Candy's property. It was nicely decorated, clean and had plenty of space. Though the weather didn't cooperate for our vacation, the property was only a short walk to the beach, and a quick drive into St. Augustine.

A disappointment

The house rules were NOT on the Vrbo site for how many cars to park. It was Not on the welcome package or the welcome printed package in the house. It was on a link in the first email I received from property manager, who never mention if don’t obey these rules you will have your stay cancelled and non refunded. Never does Vrbo. When we parked more than 4 cars, 2 on the city’s grass on the road -not on the property’s lawn, I admitted my mistake and hoped we could quickly adjust it. Instead the property manager was very angry, over talking my explanation, (eventually saying her contractor at the house was more important than the conversation with me). And without a warning or any grace told us to leave - canceled our reservation. I even asked to pay a fine over the mistake. But then oddly enough, she said we didn’t have to rush to get out - weird and confusing. Makes you wonderful if there was another booking for the next day. I will never use Vrbo again and I was share that with my network of family and friend. We as renters had no leverage and rights to meet a fair solution. In fact, whether the stay is for 2 days or 2 weeks, a third party allowing owners to decide a cancellation on the whim of a house rule for the whole totality of the stay, is arbitrary and greedy-dirty!

Great location!

Great property close to the beach. Perfect for families with little ones. Centrally located. The property manager was wonderful to work with. She answered promptly, and helped us navigate the incoming hurricane. Highly recommend this stay. We definitely will be back!

Family Beach Vacation

Communication with Candy was terrific! Easy access to beach. Essentials for toddlers were a bonus. There were baby gates, pack n play , as well as, beach essentials! Very clean..definitely would recommend!

Perfect getaway

Home is very clean. Short walk to the beach. We loved our stay. Kids are already asking to go back. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Safe location. Short drive to downtown.
