Welcome to “The Sands”! Sylvan Beaches newest waterfront rental right in the heart of town, walking distance to all shops, dining and weekly summer fun! This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom lake house sleeps 10 comfortably and offers stunning views of Oneida lake, direct water access, and a large deck perfect for watching sunsets. Ideal for families or friends seeking relaxation, adventure, and unforgettable memories.
It is a single family house designed as a duplex which gives it a fully equipped kitchen and living room both upstairs and downstairs. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 7 total beds (8 including an air mattress) - this house has enough space for the whole family and then some! Sleeps 10 comfortably (12 maximum) with a private brick driveway that has space for 6 cars.
