Se trata de un amplio y bien iluminado, Bungalow, conveniente. Hay una cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio con una cama Queen Murphy en la unidad. La cocina es nueva con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Hay 4 claraboyas con gran iluminación natural y un ventilador para toda la casa de ventilación, además del aire acondicionado, Hay dos televisores de pantalla plana grande y conexión WiFi gratuita. Perfect Place

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Beautiful area. Bob and Vanessa were great at communicating with us. The bungelow was perfect in size, cleanliness and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay at Bonita Bungalow

Bungalow was perfect! Great safe location which was very important since I was traveling with my two daughters. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Street parking was never a problem. We were always able to park right next to walk way to door. Host was available and very accommodating. My girls loved the swing outside. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

San Diego Visit

The property was just as advertised, very comfortable, roomy and all of the needed amenities. Bob was very responsive and took care of us nicely. Very nice, quiet neighborhood, close to lots of activities, nearby parks and golf courses. We would gladly stay there again.

Wonderfully kept property.

Bob and Vanessa have created a delightful home away from home. The quality of the bed, appliances and furnishings indicate a pride in what they have. It was quite easy to maintain with well thought out incidentals.

Bonita Bungalow

Bonita Bungalow is a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed our six week stay and Bob, the host was very responsive to any of our concerns. The location had great walkability. Shopping was very close in proximity and this was overall a great location for getting around the greater San Diego vicinity. The bungalow itself was very nice, internet connectivity was great, the kitchen was well stocked with all cooling utensils that one may need. We would definitely stay here again.

A great bungalow to recharge your batteries

My husband and I took my mother to San Diego to celebrate her 92th birthday and let her visit some of her favorite places. I prefer to rent homes rather than stay in hotels. The Bonita Bungalow had everything we needed. It is very clean and the towels and bed sheets are of very good quality. The location was prefect, in a quiet community but close to the freeway to be able to get around San Diego. We fell in love with the king size bed with its adjustable firmness. Due to automobile trouble we were one day late getting to the bungalow. The owners graciously offered to extend our stay to make up for our mishap. Unfortunately we were not able to accept their offer but we appreciate their kindness and consideration. I recommend this bungalow to anyone visiting the San Diego area. The kitchen was a great place to cook. The appliances were new and of superior quality. The washer/dryer made traveling easier since we packed less and were able to wash our clothes. The house is located close to restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. The Bonita Bungalow was a great end to a busy day.

Absolutely wonderful

The "Bonita Bungalow" was perfect for our stay. A wonderful location, no safety worries and very low traffic noise. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and shops. It's very comfortable and clean. There are many perks to this unit, washer, dryer, furnished full kitchen including full size fridge, patio with table and chairs as well as BBQ grill. Also included is Satellite TV for the two TVs, internet access and printer/fax machine. Very close to a beautiful park for a morning jog. We look forward to staying there again.

Peaceful relaxing Bonita Bungalow

The bungalow was just the right size for three of us and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. Our host was helpful, friendly and communicated quickly to respond to our questions. The location is just outside San Diego but an easy drive to all the sites we visited.

Perfect for Long-Term Stays

I stayed in this property for six weeks while waiting for my home to close. Much better than a hotel and cheaper too! The bungalow is well equipped with all of the comforts of home. The home looks just as it does in the pictures. Love the King bed with the sleep number air mattress, very cozy. Rohr Park is walking distance from the home (~1/4 mile) and has a 3 miles running/walking trail, which I used regularly. Chula Vista Golf course adjoins Rohr Park and offers additional recreational activities. Close to shopping and highways 54 and 805 for convenient access to the rest of San Diego. I highly recommend this property for short or long-term stays.

convenient and comfortable

The bungalow was a great place to stay. It is convenient to many of San Diego's attractions and allows the comfort of apartment style accommodations. The King size bed is very comfortable with soft cotton sheets and comfy blanket. I enjoyed sleeping late and fixing my own breakfast as well as the convenience of the washer dryer. My husband and I were out each day exploring San Diego and it was so nice to come back in the evening to such a comfortable set up. I highly recommend staying at this hidden gem! You will not be disappointed.

Home away from Home

Great place for extended stay. New, spacious, comfortable, with all the conveniences of home. Fantastic gourmet kitchen with island, full oven, microwave, dishwasher, stainless appliances and granite counter tops. Large desk for teleworking or homework. Washer & dryer in unit. Outdoor patio with seating and gas BBQ. Safe, residential neighborhood, close to parks, golf, riding, shopping, and sightseeing. Short drive to San Diego.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The Bonita area is an unincorporated location of San Diego. Being located in the Sweetwater River Valley and nestled between several freeways with easy access to all areas of San Diego it is an ideal location for your vacation. The whole valley is designated parkland and will not be built on. The rural atmosphere with numerous parks and trails, golf courses and closeness to the marinas and beaches make this a great location.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We were looking for an open area with lots of breathing room. After being a former POW, I did not like confining spaces. The Bungalow is a nice open space with 4 skylights and lots of light. When we first moved in, there were more horses than people. There are less horses and more people now, but the character of the area is unchanged and a wonderful place to live. Close to 2 golf courses and several parks, restaurants, stores, and numerous forms of entertainment.
