El medio del paraíso

Esta primera unidad final de suelo decorado por profesionales se encuentra en una comunidad cerrada a sólo cinco minutos a pie del club de golf o las tiendas de la estación de Ko'Olina. Cada dormitorio cuenta con una cama de matrimonio con un montón de almohadas, y un amplio espacio en el armario. Hay dos televisores de pantalla grande, junto con el acceso al uso del teléfono inalámbrico e ilimitada. Disfrutar de la terraza tranquila para disfrutar de café en la mañana o cócteles por la noche. Grande para asar a la parrilla de la cena también! Toallas, ropa de cama, toallas de piscina y están incluidos, junto con una cocina muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario. En el garaje adjunto son algunos juguetes de playa y aletas de buceo y máscaras. La pertenencia a la Ko'Olina Club está incluido, que proporciona acceso al centro de fitness y pistas de tenis en el club de golf a sólo unos pasos. (10% de descuento en tiendas y restaurantes Ko'Olina también!)

Our family had an amazing stay. We come out to Ko Olina every year and Laytons condo is now our favorite.The location is excellent, not only it is quiet and private, but the proximity to the shops, beaches and restaurants is very convenient.The beds were very comfortable and the condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay.Communication was great and easy. Looking forward to returning.

The Villa was perfect - roomy, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The location was great and the neighborhood was safe and neighbors and staff were friendly. The best area possible

Really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Beds are comfortable, appliances worked well and the kitchen is well stocked. Ko olina is a paradise- really a special place! We will be back!

Our Oahu Adventure

My wife and I have been on three other Hawaiian Islands over the last 20 years, and this was the first time for my wife on Oahu. She was absolutely blown away by the splendor and beauty on Oahu. We both loved staying in Ko Olina and we would definitely do so again when coming to Oahu. Our accommodations here were above expectations.

Great stay

Pictures are accurate with kithcen appliances that have been updated. Ac and fans worked well. Neighborhood was great for the kids. Manager and owner were very attentive and easy to communicate with. Would stay again.

Great villa in a nice location

We stayed in this villa for 6 weeks and we had an amazing time. The neighborhood is beautiful, and workers always keep it nice and clean. The unit has a nice floor plan, the kitchen is well equipped, the patio is quiet and has shade most of the day, the pool is very nice, the new BBQs at the pool are new and high quality. It is 5 minutes’ walk to local coffee shops, restaurants, and stores and of course close to the lagoons. At the beginning of our trip the owners bought new knives to replace the dull ones that were in the unit. There are plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The Wi-Fi is great in the unit and at the pool. We will come back!

Everything went well with the process and the property manager was very responsive. My only suggestion would be to get a new knife set...the knives were so dull we couldn't cut anything.

Excellent location, great place

It was our second trip to Koolina, and we truly fall in love with this place again! Properly is located in gated community Koolina Kai, walking distance to restaurants, store, beaches. Very convenient location. Beautiful unit with all nessesary utilities. Kitchen was equipped with all nessesary stuff, it was very easy to cook and enjoy our stay. 2 huge rooms, a lot of space. Easy communication with property management and owner. During our stay we had only 1 issue, but we have resolved it and it did not bother our stay and did not effect our overall experience. Highly recommend this place to everyone! Very happy!

One of the most beautiful stays of us...

Due to technical delays, we arrived a little later than expected but had no problem at all. The house had everything we needed for our stay, it was marvellous clean and the community is just superb. No, honestly, we were on Oahu now a couple of times and Ko'Olina is in our view the most beautiful spot to be. And this house just matched our expectations. Even a lot of beach stuff was there, so we did not need to buy something new. Would always love to come back!

Quiet retreat in a splendid resort town

Ko'olina is a wonderful resort area to stay in. This home is located in a quite area with nice amenities. The walk to the lagoons is nice and the lagoons themselves are fabulous. Staying in Ko'olina is highly recommend by me and I would love to return! This property was nicely decorated and felt comfy for our family of 5. We enjoyed it immensely! A few items we're broken, so we let the owner know and they were going to make the repairs. Everything else was wonderful.

Perfect Location

I visited this property for a month and i nothing but great things to say. The check in process was smooth and the property manager Warren was great and easy to get a hold of. The house was clean and had a ton of pool/beach accessories. It's conveniently located near the major resorts and awesome lagoons. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone that wants a nice relaxing location.

Spacious

A nice spacious and quiet condo in a beautiful community with nice walking trails and close to beaches. Good kitchen for cooking, good internet and cable TV, nice lanai, comfortable beds. The lanai and indoor seating could be more comfortable.

Home away from home in

This place is so homey and in an excellent location if you're looking for a quiet getaway but be close for easy access to drive around Oahu. The owners are pleasant and easy to communicate with should you need anything. I was really sad when we had to leave as the place really felt like home.

Wonderful and Relaxing

ALOHA!!! We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is 5 mins to Roys and 10-15 minutes walking distance to the Lagoons. You can walk to the other restaurants and the ABC store. It is a close drive to Costco, Target & Safeway. The bikes, water tubes, towels, chairs and a wagon were awesome to have at the property. Walking distance to the community pool/spa. It is very quiet. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful and everyone is so pleasant. The place is nicely decorated/comforting and the beds are very comfortable. Needs a little updating in the kitchen appliances, supplies and bathrooms, but it has what you need. The owner of the property is awesome and responds promptly. Great place to stay. Highly recommend. Mahalo!

Beautiful unit

We spent a month in this beautifully decorated 2 bedroom condo. It was perfect for our active family and the condo pool was amazing and the beach was less than 10 minute walk away. Owner and property manager were extremely attentive and responsive!

Perfect Oahu Getaway

Such a great little place to stretch out and really enjoy life in Hawaii. The proximity to the beach and shops/restaurants/activities was convenient, but removed enough from the hustle and bustle to be able to truly rest and enjoy the space. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with great walking paths and nice neighbors. The beds are SUPER comfy and the space tastefully decorated and smartly laid out. Kitchen had everything you might need to whip up anything from a quick lunch, to a multi-course dinner, to after dinner drinks/coffee. Property manager was courteous and prompt along with great suggestions. The pool and bbq area was a nice treat as well. So grateful for the opportunity to stay here and hope to return many times over. Mahalo nui!

A perfect location!

You can’t ask for a better location! Ko’Olina is a beautiful place to stay, and this condo makes it even better. It’s a very quick walk to the local market, but also a short walk to lagoon #3. Also, the neighborhood pool is quite comfortable and the wi-fi there made it enjoyable to work in one of the cabanas. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and there are many fun activities besides the beach. I am definitely coming back to Ko’Olina and will book this condo again. The cruiser bikes were perfect - thank you for letting us use them! And thank you for sharing your Hawaiian home - Mahalo!

We are Layton and Maureen Dodson from Fogelsville, PA. We're retired and love to visit our son and his family in Hawaii. Over the years, we've fallen in love with Ko'Olina and decided to purchase a place of our own for our visits. We spend our days walking the lagoons, watching the sunsets, swimming with our grandchildren and taking them to the shops for a treat! We look forward to dinners at the Monkey Pod and Roy's, both just a five minute walk from our place.

Ko'Olina is special and we just wanted to be a part of it. Our villa is centrally located to all the activities in the resort, and an easy walk to the shops at Ko'Olina Station, the Lagoons and the Golf Course. The villa is a perfect size for us, and gives us room to entertain family and friends when they come over to visit.
