Granite counters and stainless steel appliances fill the kitchen. A gas fireplace warms the living room. Smart TVs and fast wifi let you work from the desk or stream without lag. In-unit washer and dryer mean you travel light.

Fisherman's Wharf sits 0.3 miles away for dinner. Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf is 0.8 miles off. Kroger and other groceries are within a mile. You are here to be on the water, and the boat slip makes that immediate.

The covered balcony gets afternoon sun and heat in summer—the ceiling fan and air conditioning handle it, but early mornings and evenings are more comfortable out there. Catalina Circle is gated and quiet, which is the point, but it means the nearest coffee or groceries require a short drive.
