Located on a quiet dead end street backing to the nature reserve. Eight minute walk to Baker`s Beach entrance and 6 minute walk to Guiones Main Beach entrance. Within walking distance to the shopping and restaurants of the main downtown of Playa Guiones... a culinary delight of restaurants. Under ten minutes walk to gym, exercise and yoga classes at Bodhi Tree, Harmony and Sendero. Great central location yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

JUNGLE LIFE
We live in the jungle and all kinds of wildlife can enter your casita, mostly insects. Please know this is part of life in our special slice of Paradise. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, please keep food wrapped, store it in the refrigerator, clean kitchen counters and screen doors closed at all times (particularly at night).

ABOUT NOSARA INFRASTRUCTURE
While the infrastructure in Costa Rica is improving, it is highly likely that you will experience power, water and internet outages at some point during your stay. We consider it part of the fun of experiencing another country and culture. All of these outages are beyond the control of the homeowner and the management company and may come without advance notice. If having internet access is imperative during your visit, we recommend you research internet data plans available from your cellular provider.

WATER
During the dry season months of December through April, the Property may have low water pressure due to temporary or scheduled water outages. We will do our best to notify Guests of any interruptions in water service or regularly scheduled water shut-offs.

REFUNDS
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.

INSURANCE
We encourage all Guests to purchase Traveler Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit Guests from travelling or fulfilling Rental terms.
