Gear up at the door and you’re a few minutes from the nearest ski connectors; clip in there and flow into the lift network all the while avoiding line up's at the Gondola! After last chair, sink into your private hot tub for sunset views and, on show nights - a front-row look at the Village fireworks. Then head down for dinner and après drinks with Big White Village close at hand.
The Space:
Warm alpine design with a comfy great room, fireplace, and big windows. The kitchen is fully equipped for group meals - full-size appliances, ample cookware, and a large dining table that invites long dinners and game nights. In-home laundry keeps the gear rotation easy. Frosty Pines delivers what matters: quick access to the lifts, a beautiful space with room to spread out, and a hot tub waiting at day’s end.

Full private access to the home, garage, and hot tub. Self check-in with a unique code. We’re available by message or phone if you need anything.
Getting Around:
Parking and Transport:
- One of the few homes with on-site parking.
- On site: 1 vehicle in a dedicated outside stall + 1 vehicle in the connected garage*
*Garage is also used for ski storage; some larger vehicles may not fit.
- Extra vehicles: paid overnight parking at the Happy Valley lot. Buy passes at Central Reservations (off Happy Valley Road).
- Pro tip: drop gear and luggage at the home first, then park extras at Happy Valley. Use the free enclosed gondola from Happy Valley to the Main Village, or return together in a single car.
- No street parking anywhere at Big White. Vehicles parked on the road will be towed, even if a sign isn’t visible.
- Kelowna Airport (YLW) is under an hour away, road conditions permitting.
- Big White operates resort shuttle buses for getting around.

Damage Protection:
Please note, as a software connected property management company, we require damage protection for all reservations to help keep operations running smoothly. You can choose between a smart damage waiver or a refundable security deposit.
Choose your protection option:
1) Smart Damage Waiver – covers accidental damage up to $3,000. No deposit hold required.
or
2) Refundable Security Deposit ($3,000) – temporary hold, automatically released within 7 days after checkout, subject to inspection.
Note: The waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not cover smoking, intentional damage, negligence, policy violations, pet issues, or unregistered guests. In these cases, related costs may be charged to you in accordance with the booking platform’s policies and our guest agreement.
Parking notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles
Additional cars should park in the Happy Valley overflow parking lot at a cost of $20 per night or $100 per week. Permits must be purchased from Big White Mountain Central Mountain Check-In.
