This is a great accommodation. We were 10 people but you would never know it. We were spread out all of the time but all together for meals. The theatre room and pool table are wonderful amenities. The hot tub is on the smaller size but still worked for our group. It is a true ski in -ski out which we certainly appreciated. All in all, our stay was fantastic and I would recommend without hesitation.

Amazing Stay

Our annual golf trip ventured out to Kelowna this year and stayed at Snowbanks 6. We were blown away by how perfect this property was! The beds were comfy, the pool table and hot tub were perfect for downstairs vibes, and the speaker system setup throughout the floors was a very pleasant surprise. Would highly recommend to anyone needing large accommodations up at Big White.

This home was lovely and exactly as advertised! It had all the amenities we needed and was a great space for a large group (kitchenware, pots and pans, cutlery). One of our group accidentally left a jacket at the property and we were able to work with the property manager to get it shipped back. Would definitely visit again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is everything you need for your winder vacation: plenty of sleeping beds; fully equipped kitchen; sauna and hottub to enjoy after the day on the slopes; pulltable and a huge cinema room!!! Great location and amenities.

This property is true ski in/out with access to Serwa’s Green Run. The additional spaces are great for multiple families to have their own space. An outdoor ski lockup on the deck and boot or glove dryer would be an awesome addition. General maintenance on this property could be increased to ensure all is in working order. Property management addressed all concerns.

Perfect stay for big groups!❤️

This place is like a home away from home. ❤️ We were a total of 12 adults and 1 child. Vacasa has exceeded our expectations and everything was perfect. We had fun with the couple nights we stayed here. We don't even have to go out of the house because there's just so many things to do, also the place is very cozy and bright. It has the best view of the mountain trees plus the snow. We love the vibe and the sound system was definitely a huge part of that. We spent a lot of time on the theatre and the pool table and hot tub. The staff are very kind and hospitable, they will attend to your needs and will make sure to enjoy your stay. We were also surprised how this place have everything specially in the kitchen. It made the cooking easy! We will definitely come back and we're planning to make it as a yearly tradition. Great Christmas ski vacation at Big White

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Snobanks 6. The location was perfect. Ski in and out as well as an easy walk to the village. The staff at Rentchalets were helpful and went out of their way to help when the dishwasher broke the day before NYE. The rental was big and roomy with lots of fun amenities. For the price we paid at Christmas, the condo itself could use a little upgrading. It has had some wear and tear over the years and is in need of some TLC. The two sleeper couches are especially bad and are almost impossible to sit on let alone sleep on. There really is only enough room for a maximum of 12 people to sleep in this condo.

Group Review

Three families (12 total) stayed here and it was clean and comfortable. Good ski-in ski-out location although it's a bit of a walk from the village with ski gear for any apres activities. That said it needs some attention. Main fireplace did not work. Could not get anything in the media room to work - movies, Xbox or TV. Lot of doors are broken or difficult to close/latch, including master bedroom & bathroom. Coffee pot was broken and some kitchen outlets did not work. Ran out of hot water after multiple showers. Dishwasher didn't seem to clean super well.

We’ve stayed here 2yrs ago coming with high expectation as our last experience was great. We’ve notice the place is in need of maintenance and deep cleaning. Master bathroom door is busted , can’t be close no privacy, sink leaks and full of water under. Place is really dusty, shades, window frame, floor around and under the sofa in the main area is beyond filthy/dusty/candy wraps. Fan in the room downstairs works when it chooses too. Pots and pans were needing to be wash prior to be use. Dry pasta / dirt ring around pots. Upgraded tv upstairs with sono speakers but no way to have any type of music connected to the house or basement in bar area. A speaker in theatre room must not been functioning well. While watching a movie if there was no talking and music in background it became somehow muffled and fairly quiet. We’re paying huge for the stay never mind to get the place cleaned after us. We’d expected to come to a place that has been thoroughly cleaned. Very disappointed. Don’t think will be rebooking unfortunately

Needs to be refreshed

This unit needs to be deep cleaned. It is very dirty. Everything is either broken or missing. We had to manually start the fireplace after troubleshooting the problem. This had to be done 3 times. Just get it fixed. The kitchen is a mess with broken dishes and not enough of anything. Plates, glasses or cutlery. I was told that I had to go buy a second garbage bag for the kitchen trash for a week rental. Range hood is disgusting. Mixer only has one beater. Rice cooker liner but no rice cooker. Lids with no bottoms. I had to wipe the drawers out in the bedroom and bathroom before anything went in. Ceiling fan has a huge layer of dust stuck to it. Every game we opened to try to play was either empty or pieces missing. There were ants in the bottom two floors. They did bring ant traps when I asked. The location is wonderful with an easy walk into the village however this unit is beat up and needs to be refreshed. Sadly disappointed. We have been renting at Big White for over 20 years and this is the first time we have been so disappointed. We made the best of a bad situation.

This house had everything we needed

This house had everything we needed. We were four adults and six children. The house was well located with a convenience ski in ski out. Nice AV system although it was a little complex and we would’ve appreciated Some direction because of the number of remote controls etc. Lots of pots and pans and lots of dishes wine glasses etc. The dishwasher sometimes left stains on the dishes or did not release the soap. The house was vary clean although there were signs of wear on the carpet. The driveway is down a slight hill so I would suggest a four-wheel-drive if you go in the winter. We enjoyed playing pool and going in the hot tub after a long day of skiing. All in all this was a fantastic house for one large or multiple family trip.

Fantastic!

Went away for a relaxing trip and got exactly what we needed. There were plenty of amenities and things to do in the home. The house is big enough that you could enjoy some peace and quiet if that is what you were looking for and the access to the hill was fantastic. Would recommend the location to anybody.

We all loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Amazing layout for multiple families. Movie room, games room, hot tub and sauna were all amazing perks. Three full bathrooms were super convenient. The kids loved the bunk beds. Very spacious for 6 adults plus 2 kids. Ski-in and ski-out was so convenient. Will definitely book to stay here again next time we are at Big White!
