The Space:

Villa de Agua features plenty of space for a large group of friends or family, and every well-appointed bedroom includes premium bedding, air conditioning, a safe, a TV and sound system, and ample closet space. The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second-floor bedroom with 2 queen-size beds, three additional bedrooms with king-size beds, and an apartment-style unit with 2 queen-size beds.



Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with everything you need to pamper yourself. We provide sumptuous towels and toiletries, and every bathroom features modern fixtures and sleek wooden cabinetry. Should you need to do laundry, the villa includes 2 washers and 2 dryers, and our concierge team can assist with dry cleaning services.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and a reverse-osmosis water purification system. Watch as the sunlight streams in the large windows and highlights the unique blue cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.



When mealtime rolls around, the indoor dining room can comfortably accommodate 12, and another 4 can sit at the outdoor table directly outside the doors. This outdoor space works well as a kids table. And for more casual meals, we find that guests enjoy having lunch by the pool or a quick bite at the breakfast bar in the kitchen.



The private pool is another highlight, and just as fabulous as the pool itself is the pool deck, where guests can recline on the lounge chairs under umbrellas. Adjacent to the pool is a barbecue area and outdoor kitchen, which are always popular with families.

The villa sits in the Punta Cana Resort & Club, a gated community.



Punta Cana Resort features two golf courses: P.B. Dye's La Cana and Tom Fazio's Corales. The resort is also home to several fabulous dining options, and the Six Senses Spa is one of the island’s best spas.

Getting Around:

The villa is 10 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, 30 minutes from Bavaro, and 40 minutes from Casa de Campo by car.



In order to explore the Punta Cana area, which will allow you to enjoy the island to the fullest, driving is recommended. Please let us know if we can assist with arranging car service or a rental.



Other Things to Note:

One round-trip airport transfer is included in the price of your stay. Butler service and security services are also included.



A security deposit of $4,500, facilitated by the Host, is required at check-in, payable by cash or credit card. In case any damage is made to the Property, the value of the goods or repairs will be deducted from the deposit in case the damage is equal or less than the amount of the deposit.

One of our drivers will be awaiting your arrival and will drive you directly to Villa de Agua. A member of our professional concierge team will welcome you and provide a tour of the property.

When your trip comes to a close, our concierge will assist in the check-out process and arrange your transportation back to the airport.
