The Space:

This contemporary villa is far from your standard Punta Cana vacation home - in fact, it is truly one-of-a-kind. Indoors and out, you’ll be surrounded by luxurious furnishings and panoramic views of the Punta Cana Resort’s golf courses. Interior rooms include furniture by acclaimed designers such as B&B Italia, Roche Bobois, and Van Rossum. Highlights like the chef’s kitchen and the private, palm tree-lined pool make this property supremely special.



The villa comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests in six spacious bedrooms. After an exhilarating day at the beach (or a lengthy golf game), there’s nothing better than drifting off to sweet Caribbean dreams on our plush mattresses. Every bedroom features tall ceilings, cable TV, a safe-deposit box, custom closets, premium linens, and eclectic decor from around the world. All bedrooms also include ensuite bathrooms, which incorporate beautiful stone work

(limestone and coralstone) and modern fixtures like deep-soaking bathtubs.



One bedroom is designed specifically for children, and it is decorated with a whimsical color scheme and kid-friendly furnishings. With the exception of the children’s room, all of the other bedrooms include private balconies with rolling golf course views - perfect for admiring the sunrise or sunset.



For your convenience and comfort, we provide everything you need to pamper yourself: sumptuous towels, crisp linens, and toiletries. Should you need to do laundry, the villa features a well-appointed laundry room so there’s no need to send anything out.

Guests have complete and exclusive access to Villa Alta Gracia.



In addition, guests can access the amenities of Punta Cana Resort, including the restaurants and bars, the gym, the marina, Corales Beach, Tortuga Bay Beach, Playa Blanca Beach, and La Cana Beach Club.



The Neighborhood:

The villa sits in the Punta Cana Resort & Club, a gated community.



Punta Cana Resort features two golf courses: P.B. Dye's La Cana and Tom Fazio's Corales. The resort is also home to several fabulous dining options, and the Six Senses Spa is one of the island’s best spas.



Punta Cana is home to many beautiful beaches, including Playa Bavaro, Arena Gorda (there’s public access via the Ocean Blue & Sand Service Entrance), Playa Juanillo in Cap Cana, and the secluded Macao Beach.

The villa is 10 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, 30 minutes from Bavaro, and 40 minutes from Casa de Campo by car.



In order to explore the Punta Cana area, which will allow you to enjoy the island to the fullest, driving is recommended. Please let us know if we can assist with arranging car service or a rental.
