El primer piso presenta las tres áreas para dormir. La habitación principal serena, de temática azul, tiene un baño privado con una terraza privada para contemplar el hermoso lago Colby. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y comparte un baño Jack y Jill con la sala de literas. La sala de literas tiene dos literas incorporadas, ambas con camas de tamaño completo con gemelos en lo alto. El segundo piso cuenta con sala de estar de concepto abierto, cocina y comedor. La cocina es el sueño de cualquier chef hecho realidad con los bastidores de especia y artículos para hornear. La familia puede tomar la reunión afuera en el balcón para disfrutar de su comida en el comedor al aire libre con vista al lago Colby.

Comfortable house with great views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Palmetto Breeze was a perfect house for our family vacation with small children. The house was extremely clean. Safe outdoor play areas in the fenced in backyard and on the large enclosed second floor deck. Lake views from the second floor living area were great.

No salt, pepper, large pot, no real cutting board, no dish towels. Also, there were no throw blankets in the living room or bedrooms so we had to use towels if we were cold. Lastly, we found a very large cockroach in the bunkroom bathroom.

A lovely home on the lake...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Cinnamon Shore for many years and make 3-4 visits every year with the kids. We have 2-3 favorite homes and this was our first stay at Palmetto Breeze. This is a lovely home with a fantastic view of Lake Colby. The back porch which extends over the garage provides an idylic spot to catch the early morning sun or late afternoon shade. The home is well laid out and the upstairs living area right up our alley. The kids loved the bunkroom and kids bathroom, especially the books and toys that live on the shelves. Our only challenge was dealing with limited cutlery and an oven that doesn't heat to temperature. Other than that, it was a delightful week, in a lovely home, on a very special stretch of Texas coastline!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good time at the beach and the rental was in a great location but the a/c wasn’t staying cool. We called the front desk and they sent someone out to look at it. They ended up turning the downstairs unit off and telling us they needed a part to fix it, but they never ended up getting the part. So, for the entire trip we had upstairs a/c but not downstairs where all the bedrooms were. They gave us 4 fans to help circulate the air but it was still uncomfortable. Cinnamon Shore gave us a large reimbursement, which made us feel like the situation was made right but I wouldn’t stay in this house again unless the a/c was fixed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful trip! Very disappointed that a home was rented to us that had a non-functioning kitchen sink faucet/hot water. Disappointed that it took multiple days and attempts by us to get it looked at. The maintenance man said he was aware of the existing problem. We paid a nice amount of money to stay there and were disappointed that no real resolution was made and no apologies or discounts given.

Not ready for rent

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house but was not ready to be rented. We had a number of issues throughout our stay and while the staff was nice and apologetic things weren’t made right for all of our headaches. We love cinnamon shore and will go there again as our past experiences have been impeccable. I think the staff did the best they could with no directions from the owner. I feel like the owner could have done something by the end of our trip, especially after I spent an hour or so writing an email about all the issues, to say sorry or thank you for the heads up or anything else just to make it a little easier to move past all the troubles but they chose not to even reach out. Very disappointing.
