Welcome to your Park City home away from home! This bright 5 bedroom townhome gives families and groups the space they need to relax, reconnect and enjoy the area. Unwind in the private hot tub, gather in the open living areas and head out on your next adventure with garage parking ready to go. It’s a great spot for enjoying every season and a place your whole group will love coming back to.
The Space:
This spacious townhome is designed for families and groups who want room to spread out and feel comfortable. The main floor has an open layout with a large dining table, a cozy living area with a gas fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with seating at the island. It’s an easy place to cook, hang out and enjoy time together.
From the main floor, you can step out onto the deck for fresh air, grilling or simply relaxing. The mudroom connects to the two car garage and also leads downstairs to the walk-out lower level.
Upstairs, you’ll find the primary suite with a king bed and private bath, along with three additional bedrooms, a full hallway bath and a laundry room for guest use.
The walk-out basement offers a second living area, another full bathroom and a fifth bedroom. This level opens to the private hot tub and outdoor seating, giving guests their own relaxing spot after a day in the mountains.
Altogether, you’ll have 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, two living rooms, two outdoor spaces, a big kitchen and a two car garage for easy coming and going.
Guest Access:
The entire townhome is yours during your stay. This includes the private entrance, two car garage, all living areas, outdoor seating, the deck, the private hot tub and the laundry room. We’ll share your unique door code before arrival, and garage access is handled through an app.
The Neighborhood:
Our townhome is in a peaceful neighborhood near Park City, close to great trails, Jordanelle Reservoir and local spots like the ice arena and All Seasons Adventures. Ski resorts and downtown Park City are an easy drive, so you can enjoy the mountains and still come back to a quiet place to unwind.
Getting Around:
We recommend having a car during your stay. Ski resorts, grocery stores and activities are all a quick drive away, and the two car garage makes parking easy. Park City offers a free bus system, though the closest stop is farther than most guests prefer to walk.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that the home has multiple levels, which may not be ideal for guests who prefer fewer stairs. Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance. If you need to request an exception, please reach out with details before booking. A guest book is provided with local tips, instructions and helpful details for your stay.
