En 10 minutos, usted está en el Deer Valley Gondola (Deer Valley fue nuevamente elegido como el número uno de la estación de esquí en el país) en 15 minutos usted puede experimentar el famoso parque de la ciudad que cuenta con el esquí, snowboard, trineo y tubos. Otras atracciones incluyen 20 minutos de The Canyons Esquí, 17 minutos de Sundance de esquí, a 20 minutos a Daniels motonieve, Park City Main Street (ubicación del Festival de Cine de Sundance), ciclismo de montaña, senderismo, conciertos al aire libre, exquisitos restaurantes, festivales, y los famosos parques Olímpicos. Varias salas de estar con 5 estado de los televisores de arte, una terraza y un gran mirador con jacuzzi, que permite a todos a encontrar un lugar para relajarse y visitar con amigos y familiares.

Una fuente termal único, llamado 'El Cráter' permite años buceo alrededor con una temperatura del agua de 90 grados. También está cerca de dos lagos, Jordenelle y Deer Creek Embalses, que son lugares populares para pesca y deportes acuáticos. La pesca con mosca es también muy popular en el río Provo.

Awesome Stay in Heber!

What an awesome home in Heber! It is spacious with lots of sleeping rooms, hang out areas, a great garage and a quiet neighborhood. I would stay again in a heart beat!

Beautiful Home in Heber City, Utah

Our extended family came to Utah for a wedding in Park City, and thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home for a week of wedding and sightseeing. The house had plenty of room for 7 adults and 2 kids. The house was clean and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, with friendly neighbors. The backyard is large and fenced in for privacy, with a clean hot tub, well maintained lawn and nice gas fire table with plenty of chairs for all of us.The area of Heber City has lots of things to do within 30 minutes to an hour away. Park City is about 25 minutes away, and lakes and mountains are an easy drive. Also many good restaurants are an easy drive.The owner was very responsive when we called about a shower valve not operating correctly. It was fixed that day.We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Gorgeous property!

The entire property was first-rate. The barbecue, fire pit, and hot tub outside were a bonus to have to use as well. The home was spacious, well-stocked; it had all the conveniences of home. We highly recommend this lovely home!

Communication with owner was great, what little was needed. Bedrooms were perfect for our needs. Location is great. Decently appointed for a rental. We are looking to return in 2025.

We have skied in the West for 30 years and this Heber City home has made the last 3 years the best. The owners are wonderful as they take care of everything, communicate all essential details, and keep a great kitchen in first class shape. We always feel like we are at home while away from home.

Awesome Vacation!!

We absolutely loved this house. We had 12 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was close to everything we wanted to do including snowmobiling at Daniel's Summit, tubing at Soldier Hollow, skiing in Park City and we even took a curling lesson in Salt Lake City. The views from this house are terrific! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to make meals for a big group and anything we needed to purchase, was close by in Heber. I would highly recommend this house for a great vacation!

Perfect in every way

From the moment we walked in the front door, we were pleased. The kitchen was well stocked with every pan and utensil we could possibly need. The bedrooms were comfortable. The basement game room suited all of our needs. Air conditioning was set at a perfect temperature. We had directions for the stove, the grill and hot tub so that we could be comfortable using them. Again, a perfect stay and so enjoyable for all 16 of us. Our daughter said it best: This is so nice, we should come back every year!

The "SC/GA Ski Team"

We have skied out West for 32 years, traveling to the Park City area the most recent 16 years. This wonderful Heber City house has been our “home” for four years now. If you ski Deer Valley it is in the perfect location, which will only improve with the huge expansion of that resort in the direction of Heber City. But most importantly it is located in the perfect place for essential shopping and access to year-round activities. The owners are definitely the best at answering questions, communicating details of their home, and sharing information about the area. There is always an 8-page booklet telling us how to operate everything in the house. This home is as nice as it looks with the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever rented.

Excellent Location in a quiet neighborhood

My six person ski crew used it as our base for Park City & Deer Valley. Spacious clean bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms on three levels. Multiple lounging areas provides larger groups to have different areas to separate and enjoy different activities. Located close to groceries, stores, and restaurants. Easy morning commute to the mountains. Had a couple small issues that were dealt with very quickly by the owner. The owner was just a text away to remedy the issues any answer our questions. Great floor plan. We prepared breakfast and dinner every day and never felt cramped in the kitchen. Enjoyed the hot tub every day after skiing. I highly recommend this place. Thanks for letting enjoy your home.

Worked Out Perfectly

My family stayed in this house for 5 months while our home in Heber was being finished. The location was perfect. This house is centrally located in Heber Valley so a quick drive to all the great restaurants in Midway, 2 minutes to the grocery store or Walmart, and 10 minutes to the Deer Valley (jordanelle) gondola. There is an abundance of outdoor activities in the HV year around. Too many to mention here. It is about 20 minutes to Main Street in Park City or Kimbell Junction but that could be a bit longer if PC has traffic. The house itself is perfect for large groups. There were only 3-5 of us...our older teens(18 and 19) came for part of our time. However, we also worked from there and were able to spread out nicely. The master is on the main floor, with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs in the basement. Each bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and a hairdryer. The owners had basically a starter package of supplies---paper towels, TP, dish soap, etc. Enough for maybe a week. Also, basic spices. Multiple coffee pots-- regular and Krups. The house is also well stocked with plenty of dishes, serve ware, etc for large groups. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner there easily for a group of 10. There is a laundry room with a fantastic washer and dryer. We also had full access to the garage. Driveway holds 2-4 cars depending on size. We tried not to park overnight in the street because the trashman does not like it and Heber has an ordinance from Nov to April that prevents parked cars from impeding snow removal. Since, the snow started in October this year, we stayed in the driveway. Speaking of snow removal, the owner kindly had the driveway and sidewalks cleared by a local service. This includes the small area in the back by the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was VERY clean. We enjoyed it. It sometimes was too hot so we left the cover open for a small amount of time before we got in (mostly in late summer when it was hot outside too). The neighborhood is very nice....I walked all the time, night and day. Very safe, family friendly. There is a great park with basketball, tennis, pickleball, skate park, playground and lots of grass area just down the street (walking or biking distance). Also just down the street is the Heber Valley Railroad which has tourist trains 2-3 times a day. If you have small kids or older adults in the group, they will love it. They have themed rides year around. Very popular from November through December for the Polar Express---it also sells out in September. The train does run directly behind the house but it didn't bother us at all. All in all, I would stay here again and recommend it to others. The owners are very nice and very responsive. They clearly spent time decorating every inch of this place and thought through what a guest might need while staying there. Thank you to them for making our time during construction a little bit easier!

Good for families

This was a great rental for our family get together. The coolest part was that the Heber Valley Train runs right behind the bushes of the backyard. People on the train were waving to us as it went by. The rental was clean and organized. We enjoyed our stay.

Family reunion

This was a nice property. The rooms were spread out and had bathrooms near each. Plenty of areas to gather and play games or just catch up with each other. Well kept yard and the Heber Creeper train passed by daily😊 Close to the canyon, Park city, 2 large reservoirs, and a nearby park with pickle ball, disc golf and a playground.

Great Place for Family Reunions

The home was attractive and spacious with a nice yard and front porch. The location was great, as we wanted to be near Park City without paying the higher prices of Park City. We were very pleased with our stay here. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice near the mountains for a family reunion.

Lovely home!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and accommodated our large family for a special celebration. The neighborhood was quiet with nice views of the mountains beyond. We had fun waving to the train as it passed by the backyard - surprisingly quiet! A few suggestions for improvement include having basics like cooking oil, more comfortable outdoor seating, and some way to keep the bed from rolling out from the headboard to swallow your pillows during the night (issue with queen in in back on 2nd floor). Otherwise the house was clean and comfortable and its beautiful art and nice furnishings made it feel like a home. We appreciated that Maureen was responsive when we had questions or needed something addressed. We’d definitely stay again with a large group.

2nd year using this home for our annual ski vacation. It is extremely comfortable and has the best kitchen of any of our previous homes. The hosts take care of every detail and communicate extremely well.

We are airline employees who love to travel. We found Salt Lake City to be the easiest airport to travel in and out of with car rental conveniently located at the airport. Several ski resorts are within a 40 minute drive from the airport. We chose to focus on the eastern side of the beautiful Wasatch Mountains ... where The Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley resorts are located. This location is excellent for outdoor activities in any season, not just the winter.

The property is spacious with an open floor plan with space to spread out. We enjoy the opportunity to ski at Deer Valley, Park City, The Canyons and Sundance. The 2 weeks of the Sundance Film Festival is especially enjoyable. Snowmobiling at Daniels and Park City. Mountain biking and hiking in the mountains; Concerts at Deer Valley; Several Golf Courses in the area. Boating, wind surfing and jet skiing at Deer Crest and the Jordanelle.
