Welcome to “Seascape 310” a relaxing family-friendly lakefront condo with pool access at the heart of Osage Beach!
This fully equipped, 1700 sqft, 3 bedroom AND 2 bath condo sleeps 7 and is located at MM22 at the Seascape Complex which is central to bars, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, while still providing a quiet place to relax!
Boat slips are available for nightly fee
RULES:
*Primary renter must provide copy of ID and sign renter agreement prior to arrival*
*No smoking of any kind*
*No party rentals*
*Minimum renter age 25*
*NO PETS/animal of any kind*
*No booking fees will be refunded. Booking fees are about 3% of total cost*
The condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with the following layout:
Bedroom 1: King bed w/ en suite bathroom
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Beds & 1 trundle bed
All of the beds are comfortable and can accommodate up to 7 guests. Everything you need for cooking is available in the kitchen which includes a fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, and all the cookware you will need. The unit also includes a washer and dryer, and TVs in living room & Master & Queen bedrooms!
This immaculate unit features abundant natural light, an electric fire place, and the large outdoor deck provides enough space for everyone to eat out and enjoy the gorgeous lake views. The deck includes a BBQ grill and a ceiling fan to keep cool as well as space to relax and enjoy the lake views
There is a large shared pool on the property which is very close to the unit!
This is a 4th-level unit in a modern 2005 building which includes a centrally located elevator.
This is a great central location in Osage Beach, which is the heart of the Lake of the Ozarks! You will find easy access to lakeside bars, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, entertainment, boat rentals, and so much more!
