Aloha! Thank you for your review! We're delighted you enjoyed the condo's cleanliness, convenient location, and proximity to shops and restaurants! Regarding the lanai, all split air conditioning systems operate by transferring heat from inside the home to the outdoor condenser, which naturally releases warm air when the AC is running. Unfortunately, there is no split AC system that produces cold air indoors without releasing heat outdoors! The simple solution is to turn off the AC when enjoying the lanai, which eliminates the heat being generated by the condenser. We always recommend doing this so guests can comfortably enjoy the outdoor space! Mahalo for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back!

The unit was exceptionally well equipped with everything that our family needed!! They even had beach chairs and ample beach towels and linens as well as a wonderfully kitchen! The location was excellent and close to all sorts of restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend this suite

Great location for a Great vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location and Penthouse Condo were perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and well maintained, furniture was very comfortable. Easy access to down town, shopping, restaurants and water activities. We couldn't have asked for a better location. We were a group of 5 adults and there was plenty of room for all to be comfortable and have our own space if needed. We would all choose to stay here again.

This property is comfortable, updated, super clean, well stocked and perfectly located. We had a perfect stay. No issues with check in or check out. We had everything we needed for a large family. Very comfortable living area with new, large television. Kitchen was beautiful. Lots of seating to eat inside or outside. We used the grilling areas on 3rd and 4th floor, which have ample sitting and nice views. This place is a great value. We had 6 people in this unit and 2 in a one bedroom unit. It was perfect.

Location was great, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great ocean views with large lanai and it overlooks the pool. Plenty of seating space and best part is … they’re pet friendly!

This is a great location. Walking distance to several restaurants, great snorkeling and shopping. Very close drive to grocery stores. The lanai was huge. The pool was very convenient and refreshing.

Perfect Spot

This was the perfect location for our needs. A well-maintained condo right in the heart of downtown Kona was perfect for our family. The pool was great because the beach is very small.

Condo is a perfect location to town. It is tastefully decorated, very clean, nice swimming pool, quiet. 6 of us were there for the Queen Liliuokalani canoe paddling races. Was epic!

Great location. Plenty of space for our family. AC worked great. I would recommend Boss frogs( short walk from condo) for rental of snorkeling and beach gear. They were very helpful in giving us local information, on where to visit.

People LOVE our location right in the middle of the activity of downtown Kona including restaurants and tours! It makes it easy to use as a home base for your stay. We hope to host your group again sometime soon!

The location of this property was excellent for us. Walking distance from grocery store, restaurants, the beach, shopping, etc. The house was equipped with an outstanding supply of beach items (umbrellas, chairs, masks, snorkels, fins, boogie boards, towels, etc..) which was so appreciated. The kitchen had all the basic cookware we needed but lacked any herbs, spices, condiments or other things we typically find in VRBO properties. A/C units worked great, view from patio was great. The underground parking lot was a huge help as well. Would stay here again.

We love this location that’s close to town. The check in and stay was super easy! The house was clean and had plenty of stuff for our stay. The only downside I would say is the living room AC didn’t blow strong and cold like the rest of the rooms. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place!!

We spent a week and had an amazing time, the place is great! Ample room for our party of 8 and is in a great location close to alot of amenities and attractions. We will definitely stay again if/when we make it back!

This place had everything you could think to need for your trip. Everything from beach towels and a collapsible wagon to high chair and pack n play for the little ones. There were plenty of games and puzzles available and the space was kept very nice and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a closet full of extra linens, towels and blankets.The only thing worth noting is that there is only one parking space available for the unit. So if you had a large group like mine that needed 2 cars you will have to find parking on the street or in the pay lot. This wasn't a big deal but was expensive because we chose to use the pay lot as it was a lot closer and easier to access.
