Welcome to the Brownstone Sights, the spacious, beautiful home nestled in the secure Rhyne Park neighborhood. A twenty-minute drive (10 miles) from the Donald Sangster International Airport, this home affords you privacy whilst being in close proximity to the city for shopping, dining and entertainment. The home boasts stylish furnishings and modern amenities and provides all the comforts for a relaxing vacation.
This single-story home is gated with a private entrance and keypad entry. Additionally, there are living and dining areas which comfortable seats four, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, two bedrooms, a daybed which holds two people, closets, a smart TV in the living room and wifi services. Laundry services are available as the home has a washer, dryer and ironing board. There is hot water in the bathroom and air conditioning in the entire house, however, there are windows throughout the home which allow for fresh air. You may choose to relax on the front or back porches.
Whilst there is a private entrance to the home, there is an apartment behind with its own entrance and driveway. This home comfortably hosts six people but can also accommodate smaller or single bookings. For group travelers, access to the home and amenities will be shared.
