Esta es una muy buena ubicación. Cerca de la playa y la ciudad.

Esta vivienda cuenta con 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. Cuenta con un jacuzzi privado, chimenea eléctrica y conexión wi-fi a internet. Se admiten mascotas para un perro pequeño sin derramamiento con aprobación previa y muy bien surtido. Se puede ir andando a la playa y toda la ciudad. No hay necesidad de coger el coche porque está a poca distancia de todo lo necesario. Acabamos reemplazado todos nuestros muebles de la sala y se añade una máquina de café Kuerig.

House location is fabulous. Kids loved having a loft area, we enjoyed the nice kitchen/dining/living room layout, and we all were thrilled that the beach, promenade, and downtown core were so close. The house itself needs some TLC -- two doorknobs fell off during our stay (thankfully, one of us is a fix-it-up sort of person who carries a toolkit in our car.) We also found the bed pillows to be pretty floppy/past their prime, the dresser in the loft was really old and hard for kids to open, and just a general sense that some upgrades and more attention to detail could be useful.

Seaside OR Vacation

Great location with updated amenities; very close to all shops, restaurants, and the beach. Great pricing from an extremely dedicated host who took great care of me and my family; also, one of the few places in Oregon that offers a military discount. I would recommend this place to friends and look forward to staying here again.

Great place for a family

Great place to stay with a family with kids. Location is perfect, easily walkable to the beach and downtown area. The house is old, and a little musty - but it adds to the character!

The house was the perfect size and setup for our family of 4 plus 2 friends. The location was amazing- short walk to the beach and short walk to the Main Street in Seaside.

Cute Cottage

If you are wanting a perfect location to the beach, town and everything else, this is the place. It lives big for the square footage!Things to know-*2 queen bedrooms downstairs are at opposite ends of the same hallway *One of them is the access to the hot tub *Hot tub use hours 8am to 9pm*The 2 full bathrooms are in between the 2 bedrooms in the hallway . Nice towels & linens *One bathroom has a old school tub/shower combo, the other bathroom has a shower and the washer/ Dryer*The upstairs is an open loft bedroom (no door) with a queen, 2 bunk beds and tv. There is a nice play space for kids to hang as well. It can get very hot & stuffy up there*Kitchen, dining area and living room have a nice open feel with plenty of room to enjoy from every angle *3 tv's, located in living room, 1 bedroom (not with the hot tub) and 1 upstairs *Kitchen has been updated nicely. With everything and more than you need to cook and serve *BBQ is located on the deck with the hot tub so the cooking smells will loft into the bedroom *No yard*No AC, some fans available *You can open windows, however it can be very loud from traffic and some of the windows do not open and/or don't have screens *Parking was nice. 2 doors for access to the house

Cozy place, excellent location

Two blocks from the beach and three blocks from the convention center is about as close as you can get to the middle of town while still being in a quiet neighborhood. We were really excited to walk everywhere ... until one of those brutal Oregon coast storms rolled in. The house was a cozy dry refuge for our family. The hot tub is up against both neighbors, so there wasn't privacy. But the kids didn't mind. We had a blast splashing around in it.

Excellent location & lovely home

Our family stayed here while we were in town for a basketball tournament. The home is in an excellent location and only a few moments from beach and downtown. The home was clean and welcoming and had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking again!

Great house and awesome location

We could not have been happier with our stay. The house was comfortable and very clean. It was perfect for us as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, but the upstairs area would be great for kids as well. It's an easy walk to the beach and down town. Will be staying here again if it is available for my next trip.

Loved so much about this property! Only recommendations would be to add a pizza cutter, some plastic wrap and aluminum foil to the kitchen supplies. Otherwise 5 stars!

Family Vacation

We loved walking to the beach, shops and restaurants. House was laid out so kids had plenty of room to play. Large dining room table was great for meals and visiting. Definitely recommend for a family group.

Great house and great! Very walkable and close to the beach and town. We loved using the hottub. Convenient parking spots off the street. The only negative would be the mattresses upstairs uncomfortable and AC did not work very well. Thanks for a great stay! fans to use

Walkable neighborhood, cute place

We enjoyed this walkable, clean place to gather with our adult kids and grandbaby. It was only 4 blocks to the ocean and 5 blocks to Broadway where there is so much to do. Great location. Spacious. We loved using the hot tub for evening chats, private. Perfect parking spots for two vehicles off the street. Bathrooms were nice and clean, internet worked great, washer and dryer came in handy with a baby. We loved being able to use a full kitchen. Only negatives were 2/3 beds were uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in one and the other had two divots from where others had slept. The air conditioning did not work really well but they did provide a couple of fans for use. It was just very muggy. We will be back!
