We want your stay at Dreamhaven Den to be as relaxing as possible. To keep things comfortable for everyone, please keep these simple rules in mind:
~ No pets (we love them, but this cabin is pet-free)
~ No smoking or parties — let’s keep the cabin fresh and peaceful
~ Please respect quiet hours (10pm - 8am) and our neighbors in this gated community
~ Children must be supervised around the hot tub and fire table
Guest access
We provide keyless entry for easy self check-in. You will receive a personal code 2 days before your reservation that will activate at 4 PM the day of check-in.
Other things to note
~ The cabin is located in a peaceful gated community. You’ll receive the gate code before arrival.
~ Roads are paved but mountain-style — curvy and sometimes steep. We recommend arriving before dark. In winter weather, 4WD/AWD or tire chains may be needed.
~ Wildlife such as bears and raccoons are common. Please keep doors locked and food inside. We know from personal experience that our BEARS CAN OPEN CAR DOORS. Hosts are not responsible for damage caused by wildlife.
~ The community pool is open seasonally (typically Memorial Day–Labor Day, dates may vary).
~ The gas fireplace operates October–March only.
~ The charcoal grill is available for guest use, but you’ll need to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid.
~ Starter supplies are provided (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, etc.). For longer stays, you may need to restock.
~ Wi-Fi is strong, but cell service can be spotty in the mountains.
~ Early check-in and late check-out requests depend on same-day bookings and cannot be guaranteed.
