Getting Around:

The villa is 10 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, 30 minutes from Bavaro, and 40 minutes from Casa de Campo by car.



In order to explore the Punta Cana area, which will allow you to enjoy the island to the fullest, driving is recommended. Please let us know if we can assist with arranging car service or a rental.



Other Things to Note:

All guests must be registered in advance prior to check-in.

One round-trip airport transfer is included in the price of your stay.



A security deposit of $1,900 is required at check-in, payable by credit card. In case any damage is made to the Property, the value of the goods or repairs will be deducted from the deposit in case the damage is equal or less than the amount of the deposit.



Interaction with Guests:

From the moment you arrive at the airport, we will ensure your stay is as smooth and relaxing as possible. One of our drivers will be awaiting your arrival and will drive you directly to the villa. A member of our professional concierge team will welcome you and provide a tour of the property.



Once you are settled, our concierge will allow for as much privacy as you’d like, and we are available around the clock if you have any questions. We will provide a 24/7 phone number so you will have an immediate response.



For the duration of your stay, our concierge will stop by twice per day to assist with culinary services and planning excursions around the area.



When your trip comes to a close, our concierge will assist in the check-out process and arrange your transportation back to the airport.
