Welcome to this oceanfront gem, a tropical luxury villa that takes the concept of seamless indoor/outdoor living to the next level. Located in the exclusive gated community of Punta Cana Resort in the Dominican Republic, this property consists of a twenty-six square mile paradise blessed with a temperate year-round climate and soft ocean breezes. Looking down from the balcony, guests will be immediately taken by the serene view of the pristine waters of the swimming pool and those of the Caribbean Sea just beyond the green lawn. Everybody will find plenty of outdoor lounge furniture to help bask in the changing chiaroscuro patterns of the day. The covered outdoor lounge area with rattan furniture, turquoise cushions and ceiling fans is particularly alluring. Your reservation includes daily housekeeping and the exclusive platinum concierge service.
The white and bright great room is particularly impressive with its open two-story space and large windows. The formal dining area is rustic and makes a great setting for a casual announcement the guest might want to share with his loved ones or entourage. The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar.
During the stay, guests will be within easy driving distance of Ojos Indigenas Ecological Park as well as the Corales Golf Course. The villa is ideally situated to experience outdoor activities including kite surfing, water skiing, wake-boarding, snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking. Only footsteps away from the property, guests can enjoy a secluded beach that once belonged to a hotel that isn’t present anymore (please note that this beach has no amenities).
