• No parties, events, or unauthorized guests – $500 fee may apply if violated
• Quiet time: 10 PM - 7 AM (city ordinance)
• No smoking indoors – fee of $500 if detected
• No open flames indoors
• No pets allowed

→ Zero tolerance for parties & events. Lake Havasu City takes noise complaints very seriously with short-term rentals, which could result in fines or listing removal. Please respect the neighborhood and house rules.

→ PLEASE NOTE

• Pool is not fenced and may be unsuitable for young children. Guests assume full responsibility and liability for the safety of all children and guests while using the pool.
• Pool maintenance is scheduled every Thursday, but the service team may occasionally come on another day. They will access the backyard as needed to ensure the pool is in top condition.
• This property features 2 exterior security cameras – front and side yard.
• BOAT & TRAILER PARKING: Please note that there is a dip and incline at the entrance of the driveway. Boats with shorter or low-clearance trailers may not be able to make it up the driveway. Standard-height trailers typically have better clearance. If your trailer is unable to access the driveway, there is plenty of space in the cul-de-sac directly in front of the home for boat parking.

One of our favorite things is how close it is to the water. The launch ramp, beaches, and London Bridge are all just a short drive away, making it easy to spend your days boating, paddleboarding, fishing, or exploring the lake. After a day on the water, it's nice to come back to a quiet neighborhood where you can unwind by the pool instead of being in the middle of the busy tourist areas.

Our home is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, which helps make it feel peaceful and relaxing throughout your stay. It's a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee outside, spend an afternoon by the pool, or relax under the stars in the evening. You'll also be close to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and local attractions, so you're never far from anything you need while still feeling like you've escaped the hustle and bustle.

The backyard is the heart of the home. Spend your days relaxing by the pool, fire up the built-in BBQ, gather around the outdoor bar while dinner is cooking, or enjoy meals together at the large outdoor dining table. One of our favorite features is the covered deck with an adjustable roof—you can open it up to soak in the sunshine during the day or enjoy a beautiful view of the stars at night. It creates the perfect space to relax no matter the time of day.

Inside, we've worked hard to create a space that's comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, the bedrooms are designed for a restful night's sleep, and the game room gives everyone another place to laugh, play, and spend time together.

One thing that really sets our home apart is that we're always investing in making it even better.
