Located on the second floor, the residence welcomes you with a spacious front porch—the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and watch the city come alive—before stepping inside to your thoughtfully designed retreat.
The inviting foyer opens into a cozy living room with stylish furnishings, a flatscreen TV, and an original decorative fireplace that highlights the home's historic character. Just beyond, a formal dining room flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas stove and generous counter space—ideal for preparing home-cooked meals or savoring takeout from the city's acclaimed restaurants just steps away.
Two well-appointed bedrooms—one with a king bed, the other with a queen—each feature private ensuite bathrooms and generous closet space. For additional guests, a sleeper sofa is available in the living room. A back mudroom adds convenience with a washer and dryer for guest use.
When it's time to explore, you'll find yourself in the very center of Savannah. Brunch on Broughton Street, live music in City Market, and sunset strolls along River Street are all within walking distance. And with private parking included, you'll enjoy the perfect combination of historic elegance, modern amenities, and an unbeatable location for your Savannah stay.
The space is dog-friendly. Our dog fee is set to $100 per stay, limit 2 dogs max.
