From the front gate a flight of steps takes you up to a private walled courtyard garden. This garden area offers an wonderful individual alfresco living space with comfy seating, alfresco kitchen and bar. Outside dining table with sea views and table tennis for more energetic afternoons!

Enter the villa itself and the large, airy, open plan living and fully equipped kitchen looks out over the pool and pool terrace to the gorgeous sea view beyond. The pool is irregular in shape has a shallow platform for sunbathing and a separate jacuzzi from which to sit back and enjoy the view. The spacious terrace offers a choice of seating and sunbathing areas.

On living room floor of the house there is also a ensuite bedroom with doors opening onto the pool terrace.

Upstairs are three further ensuite bedrooms. All bedrooms open onto the wrap around balcony and enjoy uninterrupted sea views.

A further flight of stairs takes you to the roof terrace bedroom and ensuite with free standing bathtub and large roof top terrace.

The 6th bedroom enjoys a private separate entrance from the main house, has an ensuite and balcony with partial sea views.
