Step back in time and experience the elegance of the Victorian era with all the comforts of modern living. Market Street Manor has been lovingly restored to capture its historic beauty while offering a cozy, unforgettable stay right in the heart of town.

Pricing and Room Information

The base price for the rental is for 2 guests, and will include your bedroom of choice. After 2 guests, each additional guest is $25 per night. This is to help keep the costs down if you will not need to utilize all of the bedrooms.

A discount per night is automatically calculated for stays longer than one evening. There is also a discounted rate for 7+ consecutive day stays.

Prices are also subject to a 3% Credit Card Processing Fee, and all applicable state and local taxes.

A $200 security deposit for any damages of property will be placed as a hold on the payment method used, and returned after your stay.

***Please note, on the property there is a small private suite used by the owners for family members on occasion. The entire home is reserved for your group during your stay, and privacy is fully respected. The entrance to this private suite is located along Coover street and labeled “4 E Coover Street”. You will have full exclusive access to all amenities inside and out.
