You hit the Motherlode! Recently renovated, this beautiful 1 bedroom, 1
bathroom condo comfortably sleeps 4 people, and has everything you'll
need for the perfect get-a-way. From a 5-minute walk to town and the
base of Peak 9's Quicksilver lift, to a luxurious wellness area with
four 12-person hot tubs, a heated pool, and sauna, this 1 bedroom is
the ultimate hidden gem of Breckenridge. You won't find a more
adorable, efficient space located so close to town. Cozy up in our
mountain retreat! This condo was recently remodeled with many upgrades
that include a remote controlled fireplace, soundproofing in the
ceiling, and a propane grill! New photos coming soon!
1st Floor - ground level contains
Parking
When arriving, feel free to park ONE vehicle in the lot between
Building's B and C of the Motherlode condominium complex.
Sauna / laundry (building c)
Take note, the sauna and laundry facilities are located in the
downstairs level of Building C (to your left).
Hot tubs / pool / lift access
Walk across the parking lot past Building C, and you'll find the
wellness area with four 12-person hot tubs, and large heated pool. Walk
4-minutes past this entrance to the South end of Main Street and on to
the base of Peak 9's Quicksilver Lift!
1st floor - condo contains
Kitchen / living room / patio
Enter the ground floor apartment into an efficient foyer with a closet
to the right for your skis. Look to the left, and you'll find the fully
stocked kitchen with refrigerator, sink, microwave, oven, 4-eye
electric stovetop, traditional filter coffee pot, Keurig machine,
toaster, and more. With a 3-person breakfast bar, quickly enjoy
breakfast before heading out to the slopes. Walk further into the condo
and you'll find yourself in a rustic barn accented living room with
large flat screen television, DVD player, fireplace, and sleeper sofa.
There's also a convenient patio space for a breath of fresh air, if
needed.
Master bedroom / master bathroom
Head to the right, and you'll find the Master bedroom with a King-size
bed, 5-drawer chest of drawers, electric fireplace, flat screen
television, and closet. Freshen up in the condo's bathroom with extra
heating element and bath tub / shower combination.
Note
The sauna is not kept on regularly. You'll need to let it heat up for
about half an hour before it's ready for use.
