This is our favorite condo to rent in Breckenridge. Wonderful views and the location is the best, just a few steps from mainstreet. Lockbox check-in is so easy and right next door to the unit. Our contact/host was attentive and answered any questions right away. We would definitely recommend this unit and will stay here again.

Conference Getaway

We were in Breckenridge for a conference. Easy transition as shuttle picked up outside resort. Tons of restaurants and shopping all within walking distance, even Gondala was close walk. But shuttle service easy and would take you if you didn’t want to walk. Would stay here again

Excellent Location

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge! The condo was very clean and had a beautiful view. Conveniently located a short walk to all the shops and restaurants, this is definitely a place we will stay again!

Empty nester get a way

The condo unit is in a great location. You can walk to town , get on the gondola and hit the hiking trails. The bed in the loft area is very comfortable. If you have trouble going up stairs this unit might not be for you as it has a very small spiral staircase leading up to the loft. The upstairs bathroom is a bit dark at night. There is no light in the shower.

Great Location for Week-end Visit

The property was perfect for a weekend visit with my son and his baby. It is right around the corner from the Main Street. The property management customer service was excellent. Great at keeping info we needed in front of us. Also checked in on us! The building had great amenities including a restaurant / bar in lower level with friendly service and good food! It was exactly as we expected and we would return.

Perfect Mountain Access

The ease of access to the mountain in the morning via the shuttle and the ability to ski in at any point during the day made this an ideal stay. We also enjoyed the half block stroll to main street in the evening as well as the amenities on site.

Spring in Breck

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We’ve stayed at many properties in Breck and we chose this one for a quick weekend away. It was clean, great location and easy check in process. The only downfall is the gym doesn’t open until 8am. We also were extremely hot in the balcony master bedroom. We turned the heat off and opened the windows all night to keep cool. Other than that, the place is a great small space with a great location

Perfect location

Can’t get a better location! Right off of Main Street, walking distance to gondola, ski in off of the 4 o’clock run. Very cute and spacious place!

Nice 2 bath, 1.5 bedroom Unit in River Mountain Lodge

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You won't get much privacy from other guests in this unit, as the upstairs loft bedroom is "open window" to the main floor down below, where a big Murphy Bed swings out of the wall and a sofa bed is also available if you really want to squeeze a lot of people in. But everything is efficiently designed and organized. Humidifiers upstairs and downstairs are a thoughtful and necessary, albeit often overlooked, touch. The key is the River Mountain Lodge location--a nice building ideally located. only one block from the restaurants and activities in town, and also just across the street from the very bottom of the Breckenridge ski run, Four O'Clock to Town. You do need to take a bus up to the lifts in the morning, but skiing home at the end of the day is a great luxury. Building amenities are good--hot tubs, swimming pool and (modest) workout room, as well as a lobby bar and a downstairs pub.

Breck December 2023

We love the property (this was our second time staying at River Mountain Lodge). This particular condo was clean, well maintained, and made for an enjoyable stay. The property is one block off of Main Street, right along the River. It’s a very quick walk to dinner, drinks, or morning coffee. We took the shuttle service to Peak 8 and Peak 9 for skiing. There is a shuttle stop directly in front of the property and it’s less than a 10 minute drive to the lifts. Super convenient all around!

Weekend getaway

The place was conveniently located downtown, right in the middle of walking distance to everything. The checkin/out is a little bit of a hassle because it’s not located in the building, but it’s only a block away. Good place!

Mini escape

My partner and I wanted a mini get away to the mountains. We got a surprise visit of the first snow, but had a great time. Location was fantastic, the front desk staff was really accommodating and the management company texted to see how we were doing, as well responded promptly to questions. The space is small and very comfortable, with a murphy bed if needed. We felt it’s a great fit for two. We would return to the same spot.

We loved our stay at the River Mountain Lodge and would not hesitate to return! Great location, close to everything. Lots of extra blankets and pillows, which was great. We loved the balcony too!
