Imagine walking across the street to hop on 4 O'Clock Run down to the
Snowflake Lift. This newly renovated 2-bedroom comfortably sleeps 6.
Whether you're whizzing down the slopes back to the condo for lunch, or
enjoying your morning cup of coffee on the balcony overlooking Mount
Baldy, this space is the perfect location. Enjoy a fully stocked
kitchen, gas fireplace, free parking, and flat screen televisions. Cozy
up in our mountain retreat! Note: this condo is located in a complex,
you may notice some noise from the surrounding area.
1st floor - ground level contains
Parking / trash facility
If entering the property from the lower parking lot on Grandview Drive,
you'll find plenty of parking spaces, along with the dumpster
enclosure.
2nd floor - main level contains
Foyer / kitchen
When entering the condo, you'll first walk into a hallway style foyer
and kitchen area with copper countertops, large farmhouse style sink,
refrigerator, oven, 4-eye electric stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee
maker, blender, and crockpot. With a full pantry, the space was
renovated for maximum storage.
Dining / family room
Walk further into the condo and you'll find yourself in the dining /
family room area. With a gorgeous 6-person wooden dining table, and
full sets of dishes, prepare a full meal for the crew after a long day
on the mountain. After dinner, enjoy a movie on the flat screen
television or rouse the group for family game night in front of the
cozy gas fireplace. Time to hit the hay? The sofa pulls out to a
queen-size bed to comfortably sleep 2.
Patio
Did you wake up before everyone else? No problem. Head outside onto the
balcony with your coffee and newspaper for a colorful Summit County
sunrise over Mount Baldy. This is also a great spot to store all your
gear each night.
First bedroom / first bathroom
Make your way down the hallway to find the two bedrooms. On the left,
you'll find the first bedroom with a queen-size bed, oversize flat
screen television, private closet, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in
shower.
Laundry
Head down the hallway, and you'll pass the new efficiency washer and
dryer for your use.
Second bedroom / second bathroom
At the end of the hall, you'll run into the second bedroom and bathroom
of the condo. Here you'll find a king-size bed, private closet, and
incredible views of the mountains. The bathroom has a bathtub / shower
combination.
3rd floor - upper level contains
Parking / ski access
Head towards the upper parking lot of the building and feel free to
leave your car here if the lower lot is full. Take a left out of the
parking lot, and across the street, you'll find 4 O'Clock Run, which
leads you directly to the Snowflake Lift.
