Centrally located, you’ll have easy access to Breckenridge Ski Resort as well as nearby resorts like Keystone, A-Basin, Vail, Copper, and Beaver Creek. In Breckenridge, you can truly skip the rental car—everything is within reach.

The condo features thoughtful upgrades throughout, including a wall-mounted 55” TV, stainless steel kitchen appliances, modern lighting, and comfortable furnishings. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master, a full-over-full bunk in the loft, and a leather queen sleeper sofa in the living room—perfect for families or small groups.

Amazing stay

I have been coming to Breck for 20 years and this was another amazing spot to stay in. From serious skiers to people that just want to enjoy town, it’s an amazing space in a great location! Will stay again!

Early Summer Hiking

This was the perfect spot for a mid-June hiking trip. We used the pool daily, had a lot of room to spread out, and were able to walk to Main Street easily. The host was wonderful with communication and I will look forward to staying here again!

We had a great time in Breckenridge and at our Condo. It was located just right off of Main Street and close to all the fun. We had a great time with the pool and hot tub as well. Great property!

Comfortable & Cozy

My family of 4 enjoyed very much this place. Beds are comfortable and layout it’s great for families. Love the 2 sinks upstairs because of the privacy and I have 2 daughter so they can take over lol plus there is that extra shower downstairs. We walked everywhere, the gondola it’s super close also Main Street. We totally enjoyed it here.

Great Place! Great Location!

The condo was was clean and affordable. Within a 5 min walk to Gondola and very close to the Gondola Ski Back run. The hot tub was hot and cleaned daily. Our stay was perfect. Plenty of room for a family of 4 or 5.

Breck Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. Extremely convenient location to downtown, which made shops and dining extremely accessible. The only difficulty we encountered consisted of the outlets in the bathrooms not working and we could not figure out how to adjust the thermostat. Other than tbose minor things, this is a fantastic place to stay!

Beautiful Place, Homey Feel, Close to Town, Ski In, Walk to Gondola

We will be back! What a homey experience we had! From the feel of the condo, closeness to town, closeness to the grocery store, and ease of access. My toddler & teen both loved it! We will be back again! We absolutely loved it!

Fabulous location!! My fiance and I stayed at this property in September, which is a wonderful time to be in Colorado. This condo is one block away from Main Street. We would definitely stay here again for the location! It was super convenient to get anywhere within Breckenridge and we barely used our rental car and walked pretty much everywhere.I would be cautious if there are more than 2 adults staying at this property. The bunk beds were very uncomfortable and I could feel each individual spring in the mattress. I would not want to sleep there. Realistically this is a good space for 2 adults. It would be a tight squeeze if you had more people.

Comfortable space with thoughtful decor and great location

The property was modern, clean, and well-suited to accommodate at least 3-4 individuals with ease. Situated a minute's walk to the nearest gondola and steps away from two bus stops, getting up to the mountain was simple. Returning from a day on the slopes was as easy as taking the Four O'Clock trail down. Great experience.

Short and Sweet Ski Stay

Booked Monday-Friday for 3 days of skiing at Breckenridge. Great location, with an easy walk to the gondola and even easier walk back from the slopes. Condo was light and airy, clean (which is super important to me), and had plenty of room for our family of 4. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable, loft beds were adequate for the kids. Short walk to town for restaurants and shopping. We didn’t use the laundry or hot tub, but they were easy to access had we wanted to. Would definitely stay here again!

Breckenridge Vacation

Lovely home, owner was very nice. Their home had all the comforts. I gave a 1 star on the property manager because we didn't have any communication with the property manager of the building. We spoke with the owner and he was great! If we ever come back to Breckenridge we will definitely stay here.

Great place but not 2 bedrooms

The condo is in a great spot, easy access to the mountain and town. Good facilities and very well equipped. Caveat is that it states it is 2 bedrooms but it isn’t - one is a bunk bed on the mezzanine and is open to the rest of the apartment. So whoever sleeps there has no privacy and will have to put up with the noises of the property eg dishwasher.
