Luxury Ocean Front House with Private Pool and 5 BR's - "Timeout"
This beautiful oceanfront home is just waiting for you and your family! Oceanfront is steps away with the marsh views across the street. Our beachfront is never busy! Home has been completely remodeled. Renovations include: LVP throughout, fresh interior paint, upgraded bathrooms, new HVAC, new windows and doors on the beach side of the house and a completely remodeled kitchen with modern finishes and stainless steel appliances. As if that is not enough, all of the furniture is brand new including the mattresses! All outdoor furniture is the high end Adirondack. Also, there are flat-screen TVs in all of the bedrooms to stream your favorite shows including a 70 inch tv in the living room.
The owner includes commercial grade beach chairs (6) and beach umbrellas (2) at no charge to the tenants. Enjoy playing cornhole under the house or in the large concrete driveway which has room for 6+ cars. New grill for 2026.
Outside you will find a saltwater pool with a new heater and Trex decking around the pool, boardwalk, and decks! The view of the ocean and beach strand is unmatched! This home offers 5 bedrooms (3K, 2F, 1BB, 1PBB) and 4 bathrooms. Occupancy is limited to 12. The pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week.
The owner takes great pride in making sure the home is extremely clean. This is done by having our own cleaner who is committed to excellence. This home offers 4 PM check-ins and departures by 10AM.
Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.
This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. There isn't any interior cameras or exterior cameras that monitor the swimming pool or outside shower.
Absolutely no pets nor smoking or vaping allowed on this property.

The property is like new with upscale furniture both inside and out. The owners take extreme pride in the cleanliness of the home. The location is second to none. Oceanfront on one side and marsh across the street. This means we never have a crowd on our beach.
