"Good Times & Tan Lines" will have you wanting more vacation time in this fabulous oceanfront beach retreat with breathtaking panoramic ocean views and private oceanside swimming pool! Enjoy sipping a cool beverage while rocking your cares away on the upper or lower covered porches. You will enjoy a private boardwalk to access the pristine sandy shores of Holden Beach. After your day on the beach, rinse away the sand in the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Imagine entertaining in the large combined living room, dining room and well stocked kitchen, with plenty of room for family and friends to gather. With one spacious living area, and two master suites complete with king beds and private baths, this 6 bedroom, 5 bath home accommodates 17 guests, and is sure to please everyone!

This is a NO PET Property.

Pool heater may be available from Labor Day to Memorial Day upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $400 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.

Just as described

This stay was absolutely amazing for my family and I. There was a total of 14 guests as we celebrated the kids spring break from school and it was a perfect property to accommodate everyone. It's right on the beach, has it's own pool, grill, and it's not far from grocery stores and shopping centers. I will definitely be booking this home for future beach vacations.

One More Time Holden in September

A wonderful location with a pool and beach access. Proactive was incredibly responsive to our requests for maintenance of bathroom issues. One upstairs bathrooms was rendered inoperable during our stay which was inconvenient but tolerable. All other accommodations were fantastic and the home is highly recommended.

Beach beautiful but cottages too close together.

Most tvs did not connect to cable. No instructions. Bathroom cabinets and sinks are dated. Rug in LR needs to be replaced and couches cleaned. Called maids to replace mildewed liners.Kitchen was disorganized but we found what we needed. We had a great family vacation but cottage not as nice as hoped for. Beautiful beach. Great shell hunting.

Annual Holden Beach Week

The listing says "Luxury Home"... it's pretty run down to be luxury? But I've been in the Luxury Hotel industry for many years, so my expectations might be too high? That said, upon check in, we found the property very dirty. I.e. Old food in the sink, sticky floors in the bedrooms, blood stains on one of the mattress covers, mold on the shower curtain and the previous guests linens were piled up on the table. Additionally, we noticed several areas on the ceiling indicating leak issues. Upon calling the property management company, the response received was deeply disappointing? I understand that they deal with a ton of calls similar to mine, but I was very surprised that there was ZERO empathy. In fact, they seemed completely unconcerned. "Would you like us to send housekeeping back out?" Over half way into our stay, the ceiling began leaking. We called to report the issue around 6PM, maintenance came out the following day around noon. They were very friendly and incredibly empathetic. We agreed to stop using the particular shower that was causing this issue. Proactive Vacations clearly doesn't need our business and I get that... But at least pretend to care? At the end of the day, we had a fantastic week!!!! :) Because you just can't have a bad week at the beach, right!!!! :)

Amazing place right at the quiet beach

Great house right on the beach with pool. House was very clean and it was very easy to check in. Even though it was early summer, kids had blast at the pool and beach. House had all the amenities required. Kids and adults all enjoyed our time there. We would definitely come back next summer if it’s available.

Great house, great location, great vacation.

Really enjoyed the property. Had a few minor issues early on, (busted hose, missing batteries in tv controllers) property managers came out the next day and fixed everything! Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend!
