Our entire family were in Grand county for our son's wedding. The house was the perfect location for us. Everything was perfect in the house as well as out. Beutiful location and everyone agreed that when we come back, we wont be happy with any other house. Thanks!

Pond Peak Place

We had a large family reunion and this was one of two houses we stayed in. It was well equipped and well laid out. A huge hit and we would definitely come back! Everyone raved about how nice it was!

Excellent

The property was very clean and a great place for my group to stay during our ski trip. It had easy access to nearby stores and was very close to a bus stop for the black line. We all loved our stay here.

Wow, what a nice place! The views from the pond are top notch and we loved watching the autumn leaves change from the deck. The home was really nice inside and had plenty of room for our family. Nicely furnished and felt super clean which is always a priority for us when traveling. We'd absolutely stay here again!

Family trip

I booked this property for a family getaway and right off the bat I want to state that it was EXCELLENT. The property was clean, beautiful, modern, and had almost everything that we needed. The hot tub was big, and wonderful during the cool nights. Then after a quick rinse popping into the sauna was heaven. There were a few items that would have made the excellent trip perfect, one was having the option for dark rooms in the morning. We had some night owls in our group that were grumpy when they were up early. But overall, everyone loved the property. The team was responsive and the location was perfect. Definitely would book again. Thank you.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this VRBO! From the moment we walked in, it felt like a perfect mountain retreat.The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils we needed — it honestly felt like cooking at home. Whether it was breakfast before heading out or a cozy dinner in, everything was there and thoughtfully organized.The windows deserve a special mention — they frame the view like artwork. Waking up to that scenery every morning was unforgettable. In the evenings, we fired up the BBQ, then relaxed in the hot tub while watching the sunset. It was peaceful, quiet, and exactly what we needed to unwind.The sauna was such a luxury, especially after a long day outside. And the location couldn’t be better — just minutes from Winter Park Resort, making it incredibly convenient for skiing and snowboarding.Overall, this place checks every box: comfort, amenities, views, and location. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect mountain getaway!

We loved the property. We were right next to a small pond with a walking path along the river. Could walk to Safeway or easily ride our bikes. The house was spacious with a small area with a desk perfect for one of us to work via computerWe enjoyed the hot and the firepit
