Villa High House

Villa High House is a 6 bedroom villa overlooking Kalamar Bay and the islands. The villa is situated just a 5 minute stroll to the nearest beach club with its restaurant and water sports facilities and approximately a 20-30 minute walk into the centre of Kalkan.

High House has a very spacious, open-plan living area with an infinity pool overlooking Kalamar Bay. The villa has a lovely, homely atmosphere. With simple, tasteful furniture, art, and beautiful, well-established gardens the villa feels instantly welcoming. High ceilings keep the rooms airy and there are lots of lovely, relaxing places outside – where guests can enjoy the sun or shade.

With central heating and a cosy open fire, the villa lends itself to all year round living.

The accommodation comprises:

First floor: Main ensuite master bedroom with balcony and sea views, a twin/triple room with balcony and a rear view twin room. These two rooms share a shower room.

Second floor: Two ensuite, large double bedrooms – one with sea views and balcony, one with four-poster. On this floor there is the roof terrace, where guests can lounge and enjoy the evening breezes and magnificent views over the bay.

Ground floor: A single bedroom with adjacent shower room.

Bedrooms all have air-conditioning.

On the ground floor there is a very large split level living room area, large fully equipped kitchen, and utility room. The TV area is equipped with smart TV, satellite and DVD player. The villa has wifi internet connection.

The outside pool terrace has a large covered dining area, where 12 guests can sit comfortably around the table, a stone BBQ, table tennis and plenty of areas to relax and enjoy or escape from the sun.
