Beyli Han is an exceptionally large luxury villa overlooking Kalamar Bay and the islands. It is situated 1 km (15-20 minute walk) away from the centre of Kalkan and just a 5 minute walk to the sea and the nearest beach club with its restaurant and water sports facilities.

Large 5m concertina doors open onto a stunning terrace bringing the outside in and taking full advantage of the breath-taking views. The terrace and walled garden offers shaded seating area, sun loungers, a marble dining table that can seat 16, stone BBQ and a large 50sq m infinity pool.

The kitchen facilities include a gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, large chest freezer, dishwasher, double sink with the best views. Almost worth offering to do the washing up!

On the lower ground floor is an additional apartment available by separate negotiation. The apartment offers one double bedroom with ensuite shower room and one triple bedroom. The accommodation enjoys an open plan kitchen sitting room with good views.
