Situated in the Buena Vista neighborhood and adjacent to the charming and historic Germantown neighborhood, this property is perfect for easy access to Nashville's best nightlife, dining, and entertainment. With an open floor plan, locally inspired decor, and modern chef’s kitchen, this spacious home is a welcoming abode after a day of eating, vintage shopping, and bar hopping.

Very Clean and Spacious

Stayed here with a group of 4 couples for a long weekend in Nashville. The unit had plenty of space for all of us and was very accommodating. Was very easy to get there from the airport and was just a quick Uber ride away from Broadway!

Great location, comfortable, modern, and affordable.

We had a very nice stay. The location was perfect - close to everything (Top Golf, Line Dancing lessons, Axe Throwing, indoor climbing, and several eateries and pubs). Our condo was clean, modern, and very comfortable.

Perfect for our mother daughter group

We had a group of 8 and this place was perfect! The bedrooms were comfortable & the living area was great to hang out in. We didn’t hear a lot of noise from outside and the Kroger across the street was very convenient

Was a good place to stay close to Broadway, parking was good too. Heating and cooling was hard to figure out and host was not responsive.

Amazing space

This space was clean,spacious, and modern. It’s located a short Uber ride to down town or a 30 minute walk. It was the perfect place to unwind and get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Cute condo with plenty of space

Really cute condo that was clean and spacious. Close proximity to Kroger, Walgreens, and a liquor store. They did have one parking space and there was street parking right up front. Really enjoyed our stay and we all were able to spend some great time together!

Close to all the fun in Nashville

We loved the property. The home was very clean. We had plenty of room for four couples. It is right across from Kroger so you can walk there. We were able get Lyfts to downtown for very reasonable pricing . It was a very short distance there. Great place to stay for a Nashville visit!

Great Property

Our party of 6 came to Nashville for a business conference and stayed extra days. This property was a short Uber ride into town and was pretty quiet. We had some things come up with weather and were able to text the property manager and they were immediately responsive and handled everything.

Nice big house in an up-and-coming area

There was plenty of room in this house with bedrooms and bathrooms on all three levels. My wife and I, our two teenage daughters, my sister-in-law and my teenage nephew all stayed comfortably. Parking was easily obtained on the street in front of the property. The neighborhood appears to be up-and-coming, so there are some rougher areas. Never felt unsafe, but definitely paid close attention to my surroundings. Having the grocery store across the street was nice too. There is also a farmers market that you can walk to down the street. To get down to Broadway, it is just a short 5-10 minute drive.

Thanksgiving in Nashville

The location of the VRBO was wonderful, there were great restaurants within walking distance, Nashville was a short uber ride, having the Kroger across the street was very accommodating as well. Things that would have made our trip better: More then 1 towel per person. No hot pads were available to remove hot items from the oven, even though they were listed on a drawer. The puke stain on the rug in the bedroom (located on living room floor) was really unpleasant we ended up putting a towel over it. The trash-pull out on the island was broke, I pulled it out to put some trash in it, it pulled completely out of the island and almost landed on my foot. The bottom shelf on the dishwasher was also broken, very hard to get it to move with any kind of dishes in it. The downstairs bedroom was freezing, we couldn't seem to get it to warm up no matter how much we adjusted the temperature of the house. Overall this location was a great place to stay. There were just some little things that could have made our stay top notch. Thanks
