Each TV is locked and loaded with streaming services: Friends, SpongeBob SquarePants, Diner's Drive-Ins & Dives? Yeah, we got you covered!
The cherry on top is the patio that is more than ready to host sunset cocktail hours with skyline views that will light up in bright pinks and oranges as the sun goes down. Play some Zach Bryan, Morgan Wallen, or Taylor Swift and enjoy some southern livin'!
Last but certainly not least, let's have some fun before heading out on the town! The building is equipped with lounging areas and a top floor deck (reserved for you! the guests of the building ONLY) with skyline views, couches, tables, fire pits, games and more! Use them as you please to cool your heals after a day full of exploring.

The entire condo is available to use except for a closet just off the kitchen which stores the owner's personal belongings & cleaning supplies for our staff.
Guests should be a minimum of 23 years in age or accompanied by a parental guardian, and are kindly asked not to reside within a 50-mile radius of Nashville.
