Guests have full access to the entire townhome, including all living spaces and bedrooms. One covered parking spot is provided, and additional uncovered parking is available on-site for extra vehicles.

Downstairs you’ll find the inviting living area with comfortable seating and a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen ready for your favorite meals, and a dining area perfect for sharing them. The primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom is also located on the main level for easy access.
Upstairs are two additional bedrooms - one with two queen beds and the other with one queen bed, along with a shared full bathroom. Every bedroom has its own TV, giving everyone a comfortable spot to relax after a day of exploring.
Guests enjoy one covered parking spot and access to the seasonal community pool. Conveniently located near AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, Six Flags, and plenty of great restaurants, The Alder Stay makes it easy to experience the best of Arlington in a warm, welcoming home that’s modest, cozy, and impeccably clean.
The Alder Stay is conveniently located for easy travel around Arlington and the greater DFW area. While most guests prefer to drive or use rideshare services like Uber or Lyft, major highways (I-20, I-30, and TX-360) are just minutes away for quick access to both Dallas and Fort Worth. Car rental agencies are available nearby, and DFW International Airport is only about 25 minutes away. Arlington doesn’t currently have a traditional public transit system, but everything you need is just a short drive away.
*The building next door is being renovated after a fire several months ago. Construction work may take place during normal daytime hours, which could result in some noise. This does not impact the safety, privacy, or comfort of the home itself.
*Please note there is a possibility of some noise, as the neighboring unit has a dog that may bark occasionally. For your comfort, we provide ear plugs and a white noise machine to help ensure a restful stay.
*Guests also have access to pool towels, available for your convenience if you’d like to enjoy the seasonal community pool during your visit.
*This is NOT a party house. No parties of any kind are allowed! We take our relationships with our neighbors seriously. This home is for residential use only. Reservation will be cancelled without refund if complaints/notice of a party are received
