Inside, you’ll find two spacious living areas — one upstairs and another in the fully finished basement, perfect for relaxing, working, or hosting guests. The home’s design preserves its character while providing the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, and in-unit laundry.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished for comfort and convenience. Whether you’re traveling for business, relocating, or simply visiting Seattle, this home offers the warmth of a true neighborhood stay with easy access to everything the city has to offer.
Outside, enjoy a private, fully fenced backyard — perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day in the city. Driveway and street parking make it easy to come and go. During the winter months, we store our family boat under the carport. It’s neatly parked and does not affect guest access or parking — there’s still plenty of space in the driveway and on the street for your vehicles.

This house was one of our first homes, and we’ve always had a special connection to it. We love creating warm, comfortable spaces where guests can relax and feel at home. Hosting allows us to share the same care and attention we’ve put into our own family home with travelers from all over.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds — close to downtown Seattle, yet peaceful and spacious. The lots in this area are larger than most parts of the city, which gives it more of a relaxed, outside-the-city feel. We’ve always loved the sense of space, the big backyard, and the friendly, down-to-earth community. It’s central, convenient, and still feels like a retreat after a busy day in the city.
