Adventure awaits nearby: just 20 min to Jasper & Ellijay, 30 min to Amicalola Falls, plus local wineries, hiking, lakes, pools & horseback riding within our gated community. Your perfect retreat awaits!

Main Floor:

Upper Level:

-Loft area featuring a 65” Smart TV and workspace.
-Dreamy primary bedroom with a king-sized canopy bed, hammock swing, and en-suite bathroom.

Lower Level:

-Retro-style game room with foosball, Atari, giant Jenga, oversized Connect 4, board games, puzzles, and a 65” TV.
-Kids’ lake-themed bedroom with two twin beds.
-Vacation gear available: golf clubs, volleyball, tennis, pickleball racquets, and pool toys.
-Full bathroom and additional storage space.
-Pack N Play For The smallest of Guests

We provide essentials including linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, and snacks.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire cabin, including all three floors and outdoor spaces. Enter conveniently using our electronic keypad—no need to worry about keys!

Other things to note
-No smoking (indoors or outdoors)
-Community Guidelines: Gated community with HOA rules strictly enforced—observe quiet hours, driving speed limits, and trash disposal regulations to avoid fines.
-Security Check-in: Please provide all guest names for gate access at least two days before arrival. Security guards at entry require ID verification 24/7.
-Mountain Environment: Expect to encounter wildlife. Secure food and garbage indoors.
-Weather Considerations: Occasional power outages may occur; emergency supplies provided.
-Trash Disposal: Drop-off location at the community recycling center—follow provided instructions carefully.
-Dog Friendly! Limit 2, no puppies (dogs under three yrs old) and of course the $150 non refundable deposit per pet
