PARKING. Parking is limited to designated spaces: two vehicles in the garage, two in front of the garage, and up to two additional vehicles in the driveway. Parking on the street is strictly prohibited.
QUIET HOURS. 10 PM to 8 AM. No excessive noise, radios, speakers, or other apparatus may be used that cause any unreasonable annoyance within the home, pool and outside common areas.
